Easy to locate

Being a stroke survivor, I tend to loose things around the house. This cover is perfect for me. When I put down my phone, I place it up-side-down. The red color is easy to spot when I am looking for my phone. Also, the cover is very durable and protective.
Companies never make products with the disabled in mind. 42 million of us in the U.S. alone. Customers they turn their back on. We have to figure out what and why products work for us and then promote the products within the disabled community. Companies are missing an opportunity to make substantially more profit by addressing the needs of the disabled. (Amazon?)

I was skeptical about the sliding camera cover on this phone but it works very well! The phone had a camera lens that sticks out and this does the job protecting it. It seemed stuck at first but once we got it open it slides well now. My husband works in a shop as a mechanic and this holds up to the daily wear and tear. It has been dropped several times by our kiddos and has protected the phone well. It is a bit bigger than a slim case but not too large. He can carry it in his pocket still. Overall, great case and price!

It's worth the money in my opinion, fits perfectly, and is sturdy enough so I'd rec it. The biggest flaw is the door that "shields" the camera is so tight that you need to take a key to force it left or right. If you use your finger, your finger will basically never move it and will be in pain. I had to use a key or other thing to force it. It clicks in place left or right so basically I pushed it off the camera lens part and clicked it in place and won't close it again.

So yeah it's a minor flaw I guess, so I'd say 4/5. Definitely worth it but isn't perfect.

The kickstand is handy for holding your phone up picture frame style, and once I've gotten my nephew to put on the screen protecter, the phone should be safe until I upgrade.

The concept of the slide for camera cover is a nice touch.
But the retaining detente is pretty stout. Do not assume if a need for a quick picture it will be an easy feat.
Well, maybe if it wears down a bit and the slide become smoother to operate.
Wife could not operate open it having nails and using two fingers.
She opted to keep camera cover open.
It is a tough snap to overcome. I have to use thumbnail and bear down on it.
Overall I do like it, wish camo was an option. Maybe they are out there and just did not think of looking at the time.
It gives the phone a solid feel and comfortable grip. One can have a sense of security holding phone during use that it will not simply slide out of your hands.
I would recommend it.
On Edit: the kick stand does have limitations. One it is about dead center so it will work like a teeter totter if trying to set it up more vertically.
Second it is about 3-5 mm narrow and again it will want to til off to the side if not perfectly level.
Still would recommend.

Tough, but flawed

I bought a new Samsung Galaxy A54 5G smartphone. My sister has the same model and I liked her case, so I bought the same model. It comes with a tempered glass screen protector, which I installed with no trouble. The case, itself, was easy to fit over the phone, and I thought everything had gone smoothly. That feeling lasted until I tried to slide open the lens protector for the camera. It wouldn't budge. I was finally able to open it by pulling the sliding door right out of its track.

Now, of course, I couldn't get the door back into place. The "door," itself doesn't bend, and I'm not strong enough to force it. The answer? Take the case off the phone so it would be more flexible. The phone, however, was happy in the case and didn't *want* to come out. It took awhile, but virtue prevailed and I was able to remove the case. I slid the door back into its track and quickly put the case back on the phone. The door slid freely until it got to the camera lenses where it snapped into place; immovable once more.

I can't really recommend this case unless you're really patient, because in every other way, it's good and tough.
