The paper color looks fine when you open the package. However, when I inserted some of the paper into my printer, I noticed immediately it was not the "bright white" I was already using. Compared to the paper I now use, the color of this paper is on the grayish side. If I didn't compare the two side-by-side, I might not have noticed the difference. I ran a few copies of documents through the printer, and the paper is acceptable regardless of the color difference.
