Good customer supporr
I had a terrible experience with the equipment and the costumer serviceA little back history, I received this drone as a valentine's gift, since the first time we tested it, we noticed a problem with the remote control battery life, we fully charge it and still that it only was functional for at least 15 minutes or so, by the 4th time we use it (everything fully charge) we were mid flight and the drone lost connection with the remote control due to the RC has no battery all of the sudden, it ended on the drone crashing, and it was hard to find because the last position mark on the gps was no the actual position were the drone was. We are extreme disappointed with this purchase and we don’t understand why if we fully charge the remote control by hours it still is functional for that few minutes in the manual says that the RC battery life is for 2.3 hours,I understand that the battery life may vary under different circumstances but 2.3 hours to 10 or 15 minutes in a normal environment is not understandable.The costumer service response was, they asking me to send the flight log, but as I mentioned before, the logs were not saved on my phone (it was so new that we didn't even know the existence of that function), I mention that to them and their answer was that I bought a NEW DRONE and a $20 discount coupon, of course me spending $180 on a new drone doesn't help me at all, and I ask them if I could send the drone for a complete analysis, and guess what!! They were charging me $100!! for the freaking analysis, and I told them what would happen if I sent them the drone, and indeed they found a manufacturing defect in the remote control or in the drone, the payment would still be on me ?The whole situation doesn’t seem fair to me, supposedly the product has 12 months warranty and I'm not receiving it not even for an inspection.I don’t even have received an explanation on what possible reason the logs weren’t stored on our phones, or what might have caused our event, the only thing they said it was because we delete it or we change our phones (we did not)This whole situation does not seem very convenient for the client, but it is for the company since the only solutions I’ve been offered involve me spending more money.So in my experience I would never recommend to anyone buy something from this company.*Edit*I was able to record and send a few videos to costumer services, detailing what was the problem happening, and costumer service finally could address it and they were very helpful, they will send me a new drone, I will test it with the same remote control and if any problem arises, customer service asured me I can contact them, so I’ll posting a new review as soon the new drone arrives and I can test it.

The footage is really stable, even when in `sport mode` and going pretty fast (like 20mph in winds) - and the gimbal is easy to control and get the shots that I want without thinking about it too hard.
One thing I noticed is that in `auto` mode while filming, it can really blow out highlights if there is a lot of contrast, say with green trees and white sidewalk. Fortunately you can modify the the ISO and shutter speed to help combat this, but it isn't always ideal since you only have so many flight minutes per battery. I'm hoping later firmware updates will help here, but I'm not holding my breath - and it isn't really a big deal.
Battery life is really respectable, I am impressed with how long this thing flies. In my tests its like 20 minutes before I land, but I tend to land with some battery left in case I see something else I want to film or fly over - so I don't doubt the advertised 30 minute flight time (assuming the right conditions)
The GPS is pretty good, and I quite like the autoreturn and autoland features, but I've gotten more comfortable doing both manually (its kind of fun) so I don't use that as much now. But it works, and works pretty good.
I don't have any complaints, I really like this thing and look forward to flying it when ever I see a nice day out. It checked all my boxes too:
- be a good price
- have good and stable footage
- have at least 20 minutes of flight time per charge
I didn't try any of the intelligent flight modes, and I'm not really super interested in them - but if I do try them I'll update this review with additional information on what I think about them.
But overall: this is a great drone, I love it and would buy another in a heartbeat.
