I bought the blue pack the first time around and they worked really well. I haven't tried the purple pack yet, but it says nothing on the pack about salicylic acid, as advertised on here. I will say, it smells way more like tea tree oil than the blue pack did, though.... Even though the blue pack also says they contain tea tree oil. So I'm wondering if the blue pack doesn't contain tea tree oil as advertised, as well. All in all, I do like these pimple patches, but I thought y'all would like to know, they do have some false advertising going on.

Bought these to give them a chance I usually use the other brand. I will say that these are not as sticky as the others however they stay on all night long just fine. I do have sensitive skin and I do not have any issues with them irritating my skin. What I like most about these compared to the other is the variation in sizes that it offers and obviously you get more in a pack. They do seem to work just as well as the other brand I will probably start buying these instead.

I would say you get what you pay for. While there is a lot of quantity for a good price point, the product does skimp out on the quality a bit. Definitely not as effective as a more expensive brand like Mighty Patch for example; doesn’t stick as well either. Also since there are no pre-etched tears in the sheet, I found it a bit difficult to get the patch off the sheet without crumpling the edges of the patch with my nails.

I’ve tried a three or four different types of pimple patches, and the brand-name options are insanely expensive for a small quantity. I didn’t notice a difference in effectiveness between other types that I have used, so at 120 patches for $8 (on sale), I figured these were at least worth a try.

I have oily skin and regularly get whiteheads and cystic pimples, and have used these several times on both. I rarely get blackheads can’t comment on that.

Each package comes with three sheets of 40 pimple patches, and each sheet is sealed separately. There are three different patch sizes, and each sheet includes multiple rows of each size.

When you first open the patch packaging for one of the sheets, there is a strong tea tree smell. This goes away quickly. I have used products containing tree oil in the past, and have found that it usually tingles a bit. That may have been specific to those products; either way, I did not feel anything when applying these patches.

Unlike with other brands, the backing is not perforated to make the patches easier to remove. I ended up using tweezers to peel them off (after cleaning the tweezers with alcohol wipe, of course).

Now onto the most important part; the effectiveness of this brand compared to others. Bottom line; these were not great. I always made sure use these on clean skin; I would have preferred to apply tretinoin cream first as I have often done with other brands, but unlike other brands, they would not stick at all if I applied anything first. Frankly, they did not stick much better when applied to clean skin. I even tried washing my face and then using an alcohol wipe on the application site, then applying the pimple patch, once my skin was dry. Gunk wood accumulate like with other patches, but at a much slower rate. If these are actually hydrocolloid (I’m not convinced), they are very poor quality version. Also, even though they are clear, I think they stand out more than others.

Bottom line, these helped by keeping me from touching and picking at blemishes, which would make things worse and slow down healing. However, they don’t make pimples go away faster, as I’ve experienced with other brand that I’ve tried. If that is enough for you, this may be a good option, but a bandaid would probably work just as well.

Even though they are not very effective, the price is so low that three stars seems fair.

love these. Different sizes allow you to choose a patch that is just right for your skin. These work like a charm. I put these on at night and wake up in the morning with the patch almost falling off my skin because they pulled out the most amount of gunk. I put these on the fattest pimple and you can see it working withing 2 hours even. One tiny thing is that if you do a lot of skincare they might not stick well. But Love these and cannot reccomend them enough.

I like this product. For some reason, after I moved to the maritimes, I started breaking out all on my chin and in my cheeks. These blemishes start like small rocks under the skin until they erupt. When I use these pimple covers, they seem to absorb most of the fluid build up that is under the skin so they no longer hurt as much and when I put them on clean skin overnight, I often wake up without a pimple. Sometimes it takes more than one treatment for the big ones, but they work.
I am a picker, so having the blemish covers on prevents me from touching them and they clear up faster when I can leave them alone.
Will buy again in a few months and this pack is done. They have serrated lines so it's easy to access and put them on without twisting them from the package.

I've been testing a couple of different pimple patches on Amazon. This is the second one I've tried, and it's alright. It does its job of sucking out the gunk pretty well which is what you want. It comes with a nice sizes and the amount of patches you get is also soo nice for the price; HOWEVER, the only con is that it doesn't stick very well.... I use them over night and it's happened a couple times now where some have been removed from my face, or a lot of them arefraying around the edges. These ones are still on my face and suck up some stuff, but it's not full coverage and doesn't absorb as much :/ I notice it happens the most with the biggest size but it's still an issue with the other sizes. Overall though I do like them, just sucks they don't stay on well!

I have tried a few other brands of pimple patches but have found that I like these the best. They are thinner and stickier than other brands which means they stay on more easily and are less noticeable. I find that they work almost every time
