This mattress topper does not look like the picture, BUT, it IS super soft and has made a huge difference for us. It is thinner than the picture, but it is made out of really good quality materials. I'm very picky. As I struggled to get out of my comfy bed this morning, I thought I might share my thoughts on this. It is covering a Nectar mattress, which we found lacking for soft comfort on top,despite it's popularity. I scoured the internet looking for a good topper and with the combination of the price, the reviews, and getting it here fast, I went with this one. I WAS disappointed to see how 'thin' it was, but I was in a hurry to get my new bedroom finished so I kept it hoping for the best. The first night I definitely felt a difference. After a week I was glad I kept it. Now it is been a year and I still really love it. When I change the sheets, I fluff this pad back up by taking the corners and flipping them towards the middle. That is all. No hardships. I paired this with a set of memory foam pillows made with the cubes of memory foam instead of the solid piece, which we found too hard. I use the microfiber kind of sheets. I feel like these are really soft and let the softness of this mattress topper come through. It does retain a "cooing" sensation from the AC in the room, but don't expect anything out there to have a cooling sensation as if you're sleeping on top of an air conditioner because that's just not going to happen. However, the "cooling" part of this is that you can move your leg around or your arm onto a nice cool section of softness and go right back to sleep. Overall, this mattress topper is a product I would recommend to family and friends.

Love this topper! It’s the first one I have ever purchased so I have nothing to compare to. It is definitely not as plump as the listed but I expected that with the reviews. One of the videos someone posted is what made me buy it. Directions say to toss in the dryer to add a little fluff before use, definitely recommend. Have only used it one night so far but it definitely made for a much more comfy sleep. I have been thinking of crawling back in all day. Downside is that I did not want to get out of bed this morning. My memory foam mattress is a few years old now and it needed a little comfort modification. The package insert made me giggle (pictured). Didn’t come with any sort of funky smell. I do not suffer from pain so I will give it a 4 for that as I’m not certain if it’ll alleviate pain or not.

I’m a stomach sleeper who’s mattress is about 10yrs old. It originally had a pillow topper that’s slowly lost its “fluff” over the years and my mattress is feeling more firm than I’d like. I’ve been looking for a pad that could help add that “pillow-top” feel back, and help relieve some of the pressure on my knees and hips from stomach-sleeping, and this topped definitely did NOT do the trick.

This is definitely a quality product: it comes in a carry case, it did fluff up nicely in the dryer with a bit of heat, and I was pleasantly surprised with how long the elastic lining was and the thicker edges of the pad itself. That said, the material in this pad is not as “fluffy” or soft feeling when you lay on it. With my more firm mattress underneath, I didn’t feel like I was getting any extra “fluff” at all...honestly, I felt way more uncomfortable sleeping with this than I did just my plain mattress. The night was rough and I wasn’t able to sleep well at all. Middle of the night, I gave up and stayed more on my back just to try and get rest.

I would NOT recommend this for stomach sleepers at all. I’d aim for something that’s more fluffy and down-filled where it’ll fill those spaces where the mattress doesn’t meet your joints. This definitely did not do the trick for me and took me about half the day to shake some joint pain from sleeping on it.

I have scoliosis and I am very thin so I have no fat on these bones. We had a memory foam mattress pad on our bed. But during the night, when laying on my sides, the pain from my hip bones would wake me up. I would have to roll over (which wasn't easy) and the same thing would happen on that side. I would also wake up in the mornings and back would be screaming.

We bought the 3" and left the memory foam on the bed and put the topper on top of it. The pockets are very deep and fits our king size bed perfect. It came packaged very well and had no odor at all. We took it out of the package, shook it real good and put it on the bed. It is very well made!! We have only slept on it for 2 nights but that has been the best sleep we have had in a long time. I did not wake up one time and my back was not hurting in the mornings. Even our dog slept better, and that's no joke!!! It's like sleeping on feathers but still has a firmness to it. I would recommend this topper to anyone, especially if you have back problems.
