Clear pictures. Floats well. Watertight.
Used this case to take my phone with me paddle boarding. My iPhone 13 was a little tight fitting in the case with my phone case on but once it’s in it’s secure and doesn’t shift. My sisters iPhone pro max even fit in the case after she took her phone case off. After a while of paddling I got brave enough to test the floating feature of the case and can confirm it floats well with my phone in it. My phone lives to see another day after being splashed, dunked, submerged, and whacked with a paddle. The picture above was took with the case on with the front facing camera. I took several with the rear camera as well which were all clear too. Just as I expected with my phone being tight to go in it took some prying to remove from the case. Can’t wait to see how well it holds up with more outdoor adventures this summer.

This is an excellent water proof case:
-much better quality than the cheaper ones (which we also bought)
-this one FLOATS if you accidentally drop your phone in the water
-the plastic does not significantly distort the image quality, in or out of the water
BUT...
It's a bit too small for my google pixel 8 pro. It's not fit for the larger/newer gen of phones.
The side/top padding, which is nice and thick, does block the front facing "selfie" camera. So all photos had to be from the back cameras.
Neutral:
Touch screen sensitivity is reduced (to be expected), and doesn't work at all under (sea) water. I think that has to do with the conductivity of the salt water, not the pouch itself. So taking pictures required raising the camera out of the water, starting a pic on a timer, and then going underwater to let the pic capture. This prevents spontaneous underwater pics. Not sure if any other waterproof pouch would do better though...

I originally ordered the wrong size. iPhone 15 Pro Max with otterbox slim cover did not fit the regular size. The XL size is great. Easier to get them in and out. Only 3’ depth protection but hopefully they don’t sink. Use jet skiing and generally it is inside my life jacket or will be in compartment. I really wish the case was neon yellow instead of black. It will be hard to see in the water if the strap is not visible. Bought the 4 pack, 2 to leave in the skis and 2 for the camper for going to beach and springs. Much bigger window for the larger cameras of today.
