Chairs were used in Minnesota for one season on an apartment balcony with only early morning sun. Chairs were protected from the weather elements and stored for the winter. When pulled from storage, the chairs had rusted on the frame and the the elastic on the back of the pillow was no longer functional. I contacted customer service for assistance but since it was a month past the warranty they offered nothing but to seek out assistance locally to fix the rust.
