Dropped my phone and the case has protected it so it's done it's job. Although purchased last October since than it's starting to bubble right above the volume buttons top right of the case so when taking my phone outta my pocket my phone it slips outta the case. Otherwise I like the grip and comfort of it. Just wish otter box would do something about it. If they replace it I'd gladly change my reviewEdit- After writing this I reached out to otterbox chat. After talking and calling the 3rd person I spoke with waved the $9.99+tax shipping fee for my replacement. Anyone having issues I highly suggest you do the same. I expressed how outrageous it was to pay for shipping when it's the company's fault.

Cool case. Only issue is that the top right part of the case its slighly bended. This makes it hard to press button sometimes, and it feels as if the phone can slip off the case.

I purchased an OtterBox phone case in January, expecting it to live up to its reputation for rugged protection and durability. Unfortunately, my experience has been quite disappointing. Despite the premium price, the quality of the case has not met my expectations.
Rubber Component Issues
The most significant problem I've encountered is with the rubber components of the case. Within just a few months of normal use, the rubber has begun to separate from the plastic shell. This issue undermines the case's primary function—protecting my phone from drops and impacts. The rubber edges are now loose, making the case feel insecure and less effective in absorbing shocks.
Overall Durability Concerns
Given OtterBox's branding as a maker of durable, long-lasting products, I expected the case to withstand daily wear and tear for at least a year. However, the rapid deterioration of the rubber parts suggests that the materials used are not as robust as advertised. This is particularly frustrating because the case is marketed towards users who need reliable protection in various environments, including those who might be more prone to dropping their phones.
