I take multiple regular medications so I've become quite a connoisseur of pill boxes. I have yet to find the ideal one... unfortunately this one is not it. This is a nice case if the layout works for you. There's nothing wrong with it, but I prefer a different layout and arrangement for my pills.

It's solid and good quality but I think it's unnecessarily complicated—there is an outer box for the week that contains smaller boxes for each day, so you have to open a box to get to a box that actually has your pills. Each of the smaller boxes has two compartments, one for night and one for day. The smaller boxes have nice clear labels for the day, and each compartment has a shape—round like the sun for day and crescent like a crescent moon for night. The time of day labels are embossed into the plastic and not printed.

I don't like having to go through two boxes to get to my pills—I prefer the boxes where each day has its own lid that opens directly onto the pill. The box is also kind of on the heavier side.

I do like that it appears solid and well-made and that each pill compartment is large enough to hold large capsules and multiple pills.

Each day has a morning and evening compartment. I put my days Rx in the morning compartment and use the evening compartments for Naprosyn caffeine tabs, etc. I put a rubber band around the outer case to keep it secure.

Its big enough that you can find it among all the other stuff in your bag. If its dark you can find it by the shape. Each day is a separate container so if you knock it off the table after your have opened it you only have to find 1 days worth of pills. If you knock it off and it was closed then no worries its still closed. However you do have to refill each and every day of the week's worth. If you have lots of meds or supplements it always takes awhile doesn't it!

However, all of the pods are safely stowed in a good quality outer case, that is dark to keep the light off your pills. I think that this is a good pill organizer. The pods are all different colors and the outside of each one is clearly marked with black type, the seven days of the week. So other than keeping an eye on the hinges of the pods (almost all other options have the same issue). This is a good pill organizer.
