I found this out while troubleshooting my system settings, after talking to Tracfone customer service and buying a new "Keep Your Own Phone" sim card that had to be shipped to me, then talking to them again just to activate the phone i got from this company, which did get activated on Tracfone! but is locked by T-Mobile.
So im down $160 on this phone, a week of waiting, and now neither of my phones have mobile service.
Until this issue is justified, I would recommend NOBODY PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT!!! unless you're on a T-Mobile/Sprint plan.

I am beyond disappointed with the phone i ordered. The phone had a sticker on the back with the label "Sprint", which wouldn't be a big deal if the phone i recieved i was unlocked. But it wasn't. It was a locked T-Mobile phone.Reviewed in the United States on September 29, 2022
