The controllers fit loosely inside, within the center, which may or may not be an issue for you. The headset fits like a glove. It isn't the best carrying case I have come across, but for the price, design and functionality, it is great when needed. If you are not too picky about the carrying case you use, I highly recommend this one.

The case fits the extended battery strap meant for the Oculus 2 (Meta Quest 2) and it fits the controllers with added grip. You have enough space in the case to stow away the charging cable, extra batteries (if needed), the extra strap and a few other small adds you might want. The case is water resistant and the handle you carry it with is snug while also being made of durable rubber.
