UPDATE: The manufacturer contacted me promptly and offered a replacement or refund. I opted for the refund as I had already installed a different screen protector. I just checked the status and they have already issued the refund, just one day after the request. That's FANTASTIC SERVICE! I have decided to increase my score to 4 stars as customer service is very important to me and theirs is top-notch. And to be honest, the rear camera protector is still doing very well... so well in fact, that I think it alone is worth the price of the whole kit. I will keep this item on my Amazon list because when the time comes to replace the rear camera protector, I am going to buy this kit even though I don't plan on using the main screen protector.
UPDATED SCORES: I think 3 for the main screen protector is more fair as it does not seem like others have experienced the same issues as I have. For the rear camera protector, still definitely a 5. Customer service... 5! Overall, a very solid 4!😀

ORIGINAL REVIEW: The rear camera protector was easy to install, the correct size and no change to picture quality. The main screen protector was too large so that it hung over the edges. This will result in it getting caught, pulled up and prematurely fail. It was also really tricky to get installed with no bubbles. I have plenty of experience installing these screen protector and none have ever been as difficult. It seems as though the adhesive is weaker than it should be. Rear camera protector gets 5 stars. Main screen protector gets maybe 2 stars at most. Overall, 3 stars.

I am a 3rd time return customer (due to phone upgrades). I can speak for the product quality. I dropped my old phone, and it was a wicked nasty drop, down some steps onto a concrete floor. The screen cover did what it was supposed to do it cracked my screen did not. Had my phone survive a face plant no bounce onto tile floor. Picked it up not a mark on it. It also doesn't scratch. This product has provided great results with my clutzy self and even at the hands of 2 teenagers. I am not scared when I drop my phone. I know this will protect my screen.

I use this protector in conjunction with dual layer silicone hardbacked covers. (The kind you slip the silicone on and the hard plastic back clips onto it. I don't use the ones with the plastic frame that clips around the screen they break super easily)

Easy to follow directions, I put mine on while sitting on the couch. My biggest suggestion is take your time cleaning the screen off. It's even more simple to place the glass with the frame accessory. I did get dust under the glass on my first try. Tossed it, cleaned the screen again and on my second try it perfectly sealed no dust. The camera lens protector went on so easily I triple checked myself!

Love this product won't go anywhere else. Been a customer for over 2 years. No difference noticed in picture quality.

I have to confess this product saved my phone. I had it for 1.5 years and once it really did SAVE my screen! I had hit the gym and left my cell phone under an adjustable weight bench, I re-positioned the bench to the flat position and then figured out my phone was there. When I picked up mu phone, the glass protection was so badly damaged and shattered that I suspected the screen is totally destroyed. However, to my surprise, when I peeled off the protection glass, the screen was as sound and intact as before! It is also very easy to install and I never got any scratches whatsoever.

Hatte den Schutz jetzt fast ein Jahr drauf und der war auch direkt am zweiten Tag nötig. Da ist er dann direkt am Rand ein bisschen gesplittert, aber hat nicht beim Gebrauch gestört. Mir ist das Handy seit dem etliche male runtergefallen und bis auf einige Kratzer hat die Schutzfolie/glas wunderbar gehalten. Hab ihn jetzt das erste mal gewechselt, was genau so einfach ging, wie das erste mal anbringen und habe darunter auch keinerlei Schäden entdeckt. Bin absolut zufrieden.
