This is a glass screen protector and comes in a pack of 3, along with adequate installation accessories. It also comes with a notice that directs you to watch a video before installing. I did watch the video and followed the instructions very carefully. I initially had a few bubbles on the screen, which is common with most screen protectors. I used the "scraper" provided and got all the smaller bubbles to move out but couldn't get the one big "bubble" to go away. I've been working on it for a few days now and the area keeps getting larger. It is noticeable with the screen off but not really an obstacle with the screen lit and using the phone. UPDATE: After a few days of this I managed to lift the glass slightly at the bottom and again used the scraper tool to move the bubble out. This did work and the glass seems to be adhering properly after this procedure so it appears that I found the solution to the problem. Looks great now and I've upgraded my rating to 5 stars.
