This is a really terrific Mini First Aid Kit mainly for what's on the outside rather than the inside.I love the carrying case! This is a solid, padded traveling case with a strong zipper and a cabinet that securely attaches to a belt loop, backpack, or just about anything you wish. And since it's lightweight, you can take it on a bike or a hike and not even know it's there until, God forbid, you need it.Now I stopped short of pulling everything out of the kit to take photos. The reason is, there is just a wealth of small items jam-packed into the two small inner compartments. Once you start taking stuff out, it's going to be tough putting it all back in -- and that's the one negative aspect of this kit that I found. However, I understand the need to make everything compact. I suspect, in an event of an emergency, it's going to take time to pull stuff out and find what you need. Still, it's better than not having anything.There is a list on this product page of all the first-aid items included and trust me, it's quite a bit. I was very happy to find a whistle in the mix which may help in alerting others of your situation depending on how strongly it blows out a signal.This seems like a great starting traveling kit priced at under $15 (at the time of this review).

Best of all I like the size. it's about the Size of the Palm of a man's hand and about 3 and a half inches thick perfect to throw in a backpack or a picnic basket. The organization that is included in the kit is flawless. The many compartments and separators preserve the goods in their proper places, preventing them from being mixed up or damaged while they are being transported. In addition to this, it has labeled pockets, which make it simple to find the appropriate item even when time is of the essence. This set has come in handy for me on many different occasions, and each time it has shown why it is so valuable. My ankle sprained somewhat when I was out hiking and using the quick cold pack brought me rapid relief from the pain. In a different incident, a friend of mine had a minor burn while cooking, and the burn ointment and bandage came to her rescue.
