    Con: Dust easily gets between the backplate and the phone, because there isn't a gasket/seal for the lens protector and camera protrusion, pocket lint and dust gets stuck in front of your lens and you have to open it up just to take a clear pic.

    The case was very good. Albeit some dust would come in.

    That said, the casing was meant to take the shock and protect the phone in case it falls. Therefore it would be safe to assume that the case (pun intended) would survive a few cases of falls - at least one fall hitting the corner.

    Here you see in the photos, that one hit in the corner caused a deformation of the metal corner, resulting in the back cover not being able to close anymore. Effectively rendering the casing completely unusable - with the event of just one fall, at less than 1m height (slip out of pocket from a sitting position).

    Hence a design flaw, as the case was meant to project the phone - and my assumption and expectation would be that it would so so for more than one fall.
