Spot test

Test both products in a discreet area before applying to leather.
Clean leather

Moisten lint-free cloth with leather cleaner and gently wipe down leather. Avoid oversaturating.
Apply conditioner

Coat leather in a thin, even layer of conditioner. Dry for at least 2 (preferably 24) hours.
Buff excess

If excess conditioner remains, use a lint-free cloth to gently buff off.
Repeat if necessary

Repeat with additional thin coats if the conditioner absorbed quickly or leather still appears dry.

I like to buy USA Made products when possible. I bought two Navy Blue Leather Chippendale recliners for our retirement. They were in storage close to our new home for two years. I discovered that what gets shipped properly is not always stored properly. No covers on them, slightly scratched and worst of all, dusty and dirty., very dirty.
After reading the reviews and reading that the product is made in the USA, I purchased the set. The transformation was incredible! I followed the instructions to the letter. I was pessimistic and optimistic when I got package as I usually am. I have twin leather loveseats about a year old in good condition. Never cleaned before other than moist cloth but figured it was time.

Cleaner was easy and quick to use following instructions.

The conditioner is really thick consistancy is thick like honey.Not what you will expect and not easy to apply smoothly. I've read warming it up helps and I will try that next time
As I stayed to apply, I was a little nervous . Required a lot of elbow grease to rub it in evenly and smoothly (gloves are a good idea). I Let it dry overnight and polished some more next day.

I was extremely happy with result. A very light shine and definitely softened leather a little.I can definitely tell there is light water resistant coat now.
Overall I am very happy.

Got my order the same day. I used it on my beat up leather bag and it cleaned away the stains easily. The leather conditioner is very thick (just like honey) but spreads well on a rag or the bag and gives it a nice luster without looking cheap. Let it sit overnight then wiped the bag again with a new dry rag and the bag was good as new.

I never leave reviews but thought this review may help people. People spend a lot of money on leather stuff and don't want it ruined.

We just purchased some expensive leather furniture. I wanted to treat it as we have small grandkids. 1st off, I put a divorce attorney on speed-dial because if this stuff changed our furniture in any way it wasn't going to be good.

I put on some cleaner on a rag and applied the cleaner as directed. Yes, even though it is new, it says it softened it up. I let the cleaner dry as noted in the directions. I then took a deep breath and said here we go. I put on a new pair of latex gloves (can buy cheap at any store, 25-50 pair in a box). I applied a quarter size puddle onto my gloves, not the furniture. I the proceeded to apply in onto the furniture in a circular motion, getting into all the crevices and reapplying a quarter size puddle onto gloves as needed. I did all of our furniture. Backs, sides, and seating area. I used about 1/3 or less of an 8oz bottle to do all of it. If you use a rag to apply the conditioner, the rag will absorb your product until the rag is soaked. I didn't buy this to treat the rag. Then as described in a Letter Honey video I watched, it said to leave it on at least 2 hours or overnight if you can. OK, I like stuff to soak in, so overnight it was. I didn't sleep well wondering what I just did to our new furniture. I got up early, went down and looked and the furniture and about threw up. OH NO, this stuff still has the wet shiny look. Not good as our furniture has more of a flat sheen. OK, don't panic I told myself, FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS. I grabbed a lint free rag and started wiping it off. AMAZING, it wiped right back down to the sheen it was when I purchased it. I proceeded to do it all, CHANGING rags a few times and then doing a final wipe down on all of it with a clean rag. My furniture is not tacky, shiny or blotchy in any way. Looks like it did when it arrived. So again, the trick is to put on cleaner and wipe it off. Put the conditioner on with latex gloves, not a rag. You get nice even coverage and will save a lot of material. Don't over apply, you don't need to. It says that in the directions.

My eagle eye, very picky spouse came down to see it. Oofta, I passed the test. I deleted the number for the divorce attorney and I asked her to renew or vows. :-) Just kidding. All in all, this product worked fabulous if you follow the instructions. Please note, our furniture is a dark brown, I see no color shift at all. If you have lighter furniture, per the manufacturer label, it could darken it a bit. Hope this helps someone out.

Die Lieferung war wie immer sehr schnell und unproblematisch. Ich habe es für unsere Reinigung der Ledercouch benutzt. Der Cleaner ist angenehm anzuwenden, allerdings ist die Fläche die man bearbeiten kann nicht so groß, wie bei einer Lederseife. Es kann aber sein, dass es auch eine Gewohnheit ist. Bei meinen Sättel und Trensen nutzte ich bisher immer eine Lederseife, was ich sehr angenehm empfinde. Nach der Reinigung, habe ich das Lederöl benutzt. Dieses lässt sich gut verarbeiten und zieht sehr gut ein. Das Leder fühlt sich sehr gut und trocken an. Ich werde allerdings wieder auf die Lederseife und Lederbalm umsteigen, das gefällt mir vom Handling etwas besser und das Leder fühlt sich genauso an, wie bei diesem Set. Ich finde das Set sehr gut aber preislich teurer als meine Lederseife und Balm.

This is not a review of the product quality as I only have been trying itu once 2 weeks ago when it arrives. This is a review of the packaging. So I bought the complete leather kit. When I opened the package, I saw some liquid seeping out from the leather conditioner bottle and it spilled through the wiping cloth included in the box. When I opened the bottle cap, the seal is still there. So somehow the conditioner was able to seep through the seal. Weird.
The leather cleaner was fine though, no liquid spill at all.
