Absolutely love this case. Here’s why:
1. Sturdiness: Needed something more sturdy for my new work iPhone 11. (Sad now I got a different case for my personal iPhone X). It’s very sturdy yet fits well in your hand. Case looks a little futuristic to me. There are rubber bumpers on the corners and back which I imagine would give the phone a good balance between sturdiness and flexibility to prevent the phone from breaking if dropped. (Haven’t dropped it yet).

2. Color choices: There’s several good colors to choose from. I got the green (army-green color) and I love it. It has kind of a slight matte shimmer to it which I really like.

3. Kickstand: Yes, there are reviews about the kickstand breaking off easily so I was on the lookout for this (appreciate people calling this out). The issue is that the kickstand...this is hard to explain so stay with me... does not flip up and down. It has a stopping point as you pull it up. So what you have to do is rotate it to get it to open from a different side. In the dark it kind of sucks because I can’t always tell where the “stopping” point is so you have to push gently and then rotate it to where you can push the kickstand up/ down. Also, I have had kickstands that are circular and now having one with beveled edges is life changing. It makes 100% sense to have the beveled edges bc it sturdily sits on a flat surface. Now the fact that the kickstand has a stopping point does limit the angle you can prop the phone up.

4. Screen protectors: Lastly, they provide two (2) screen protectors (which was great bc I ruined the first one!). The screen matches up perfectly when done with a steady hand. Also, if you’ve never had one before- they are super sticky and you need to be ready to place it right on the phone as soon as you peel off the cover. Easiest is start at the top left corner to the other top right corner and then slightly lower it onto the rest of the phone. It will take a second but it completely suctions to your screen with little air pockets. And if you can catch it quickly you can lift it up and lay it down to get rid of any air pockets but I don’t recommend doing this over and over bc it grabs dust in the air and will then show up on your phone under the protector. They also include 2 wet/dry wipes so I recommend cleaning the back of the phone (if your neurotic like me), putting the case on, cleaning the front of the phone then immediately placing the screen protector on.

I like how there are different positions with its ability to rotate and move on a hinge. It’s very sturdy on hard surfaces but a little unstable on soft services like couches or beds. I’m even able to stand it up in my shower rack and watch shows in the shower😂 The paint is peeling off a little bit but that hasn’t really affected its durability too much. I’ve dropped it and gotten it wet many times and my phone has been completely protected. I do wish the kickstand was a little longer so it could be more of a straight stand up position but for the most part it’s a good angle. I originally bought this phone case two years ago when I got my new phone. I have put this case through the ringer. I cannot tell you how many times I’ve dropped it! From high places and low places and everything in between. It’s bounced on the concrete. Bounced down the stairs. Slide under the car. I have this case and some gorilla glass to protect the screen and between the two things my phone looks brand new two years later. And might I add I have a two year old who is fascinated with phones soooooo this phone has seen some tough times!

The ring on the back broke quite some time ago (but that’s not a huge deal to me) on the original case but feels much sturdier on the updated version. I got this case in red to go with my red phone and it is gorgeous! I originally had black for reference. I may have to get it in one or two more colors just in case they ever discontinue it or something. I like this case better then my otter box ESP for the price!!! Plus this new version came with screen protection (the old version didn’t)!!!! All in all couldn’t be happier.

I recently got a new iPhone along with a glass case so I could use the wireless charging feature. The convenience of wireless charging didn’t seem worth the imperfections of finger prints appearing all over the back and accumulating dust being seen through the clear casing. Also, the phone just felt slippery and I was afraid if I dropped the phone, the glass wasn’t going to provide enough protection.
Out of curiosity, I went on Amazon to look at IPhone 11 cases. This case was among the first to pop up. The price was really reasonable and it got good reviews. I figured it was worth the gamble and ordered it to try out. Worse case scenario I wouldn’t like it and be out a few bucks.
I immediately noticed that the new case I ordered felt much better in my hand. The textured design made me feel like I had a great grip on it at all times. Even though the pictures make it look bulky, in person, the design is really slim for the protection it provides. I debated between this case and my glass one. Aside from protection, it was a matter of comfort in holding the phone vs ease of wireless charging. I would rather have a phone that doesn’t feel like it’s going to slip out of my fingers over the inconvenience of having to plug my phone in to charge. I really don’t miss the wireless charging at all.
On a side note, I ordered the red version. I got tired of mixing up phones with friends and co workers who all have solid black cases. The red in pictures look bright but in person the color is more subdued. I like that a lot. It gives my phone some unique personality without drawing too much attention.
