I used these on my cruise for my iphone 13 pro max. It fit without having to remove my otterbox. I had room for other things like my cruise card, passport & keys some makeup too. I didn't use it under water, but it kept it dry in the rain. It rained in Cozumel. Still could use it through the plastic far as touch features, etc. It tears easily so you have to be careful. It's very bulky to wear around the neck for me, so, I only wore it in the hot tub and pool area. I still liked it overall & recommend it if you don't want to take your protective case off.
