This vacuum does not include a charger! The "Charging Dock" or "Charging Plate" per the description doesn't mean it includes an actual charger! So add about $15 to the price when comparing to other products!
The instructions show "Type-c charger," so I guess that is what I'm supposed to use. The included USB cable does not have a Type C connector (as found on a newer Apple iPhone charger). The instructions also show a picture of a car and a computer, so I guess those are alternate means of charging.
I always fully charge new products before use to set the battery's "memory" and assure full battery life. I tried to charge this vacuum for about 5 hours last night using an old iPhone USB charging cube. It never fully charged, and the charger got hot. I guess I need to buy some other kind of charger/adapter.
