Almost two months later review
I had to replace an old square shower head one but it was silver. This time since the silver gets water stains really easily I wanted a black one instead also it goes with the farmhouse theme. My old one was bigger than this one so I was a little bit concerned on the water pressure or flow but to my surprise it was the same! It was easy to install. I did run into some issues when installing it due to leaning to one side which was the same as some of the reviews pointed out but it does some with a little metal that is use to align it. Just keep in mind to look for that in case you run into the same issues as I and some of the people did. But is an easy fix. After installation, it doesn’t fall down due to the water weight or moves. Also the length of the handheld shower is perfect! I wanted one with one so I could clean the shower area but it is a bonus that I can use it for showering as well.At the moment of this review the black paint has not peeled, I did have some issues with the handheld shower but I was able to get it sorted with costumer service. Is already fixed and running. Works great and no issue. Never looking back to another shower head without a handheld shower. Love the combo. Will buy again in the future for my second bathroom which will become my kid’s bathroom.I will update in a few months or if anything else happens.

Great product, but some parts have failed after 5 months of use

We really like this product and have recommended it to several friends. It comes very well packaged to prevent damage or scratches to the finish of the shower heads. It's easy to install and includes comprehensive instructions. We purchased three of the shower heads and installed them in our new home in November 2023. Unfortunately, after 5 months of use two of the parts on one of the shower heads have failed. The silver covering on the hose has begun to unravel, and the plastic fitting on top of the 12 inch shower head (connects the shower head to the articulating arm) cracked on two sides causing a major leak. This particular shower head is now unusable. See pictures. We are not aware of an alternate way to contact the seller, and hope they read this review. update ; Since posting our initial review Jcrob has reached out to us, and yesterday notified us they were replacing the shower head parts that had failed. We were extremely surprised today to receive an entire replacement shower head from them via overnight mail! I've updated our rating because of this excellent customer service.

This item installed fairly easily, I love the rain-head, and the options on the handheld, including the turbo nozzle, which is wonderful for spraying down my large, fully tiled shower.
However, the hose on the handheld broke near the attachment point. In the pictures attached, the first one is with the water off and the second is with the water on and you can see the internal latex hose bulging. I’m afraid it’s going to burst. we installed it exactly 2 months ago and I certainly expected it to last much longer. I’ve never had this happen on a handheld shower before and my last one was used for 10 years.
Very good value for money if the hose hadn’t broken.

UPDATE: bumped to 5 stars. I bought a replacement hose for $20 (96”!) and figured that would be it. Seller responded to my review the day I posted it offering me a refund.
