Great protector, somehow compromised
Hi. After finally receiving my phone, I installed the screen protector. The phone got to me on the 3rd. Yesterday, or last night rather, I noticed a chip in upper mid left of phone screen on the protector. I hadn't dropped my phone once since I've had it. Why would this happen? Other than that, this screen protector is amazing, doing all that it says it does. My children were bewildered when they first seen me using the phone while to them it looked like the screen was blacked out. The alignment tool works great, once you truly realize how it works, making it extremely easy to install. It's crazy that the chip is right at the edge of the protector. IDK if it's the screen protector, the alignment tool and setting the protector and time since for settling and curing, or if maybe something was done on my end that I'm just not aware of. If there are any kind of precautionary measures to bee taken, I'm all ears.

This was a great screen protector and installed easy. However, the piece that they stuck to the back of it to protect the sticky side has screen printing on it to say 9H Hardness and that left a residue on the back side and that is right where the fingerprint scanner is. I tried adding a new print and it just keeps telling me to put my finger in the circle. I would recommend the company not do that. I have had many other screens on and have adjusted the sensitivity and they work, but this will not. I would like a refund.
