The comfort, style and sturdiness of this chair exceeded my expectations. My husband said it was easy to put together and all the pieces needed were included (along with a few extras). I thought I loved my old chair, but since I started having problems with my back, I decided it was time for a new chair. I work from home every Friday and use my desktop computer and USB headset 5-6 hours a day, so I use my chair a lot. The brown faux leather is soft and smooth, the seat and backrest are well made and supportive, and the armrests are padded and very comfortable. The armrests lift up and out of the way so I can push it under my roll top desk. I also like the little pump which firms up the lower back. That said, I'm 6 feet tall and I agree with the other reviewers that this is not a chair for short people. One of my shorter friends sat in it and on the lowest setting her feet didn't even touch the floor. But for me, this chair is a huge improvement over my old, obviously worn out chair. I've had it for a couple months now and I'm still very happy with it!

The chair was wide, which meant more room for my body to move. I can even sit on it with my legs crossed. The seat is better than expected, it's not stiff, kind of soft and spongy. The leather surface is easy to clean and smooth. The chair looks very upscale where the leather meets the brown stitching.

I used to have a chair with screws to tighten the neck rest, and the screws would loosen and fall off after sitting for a long time. But this chair has no screws in the neck rest and only 4 screws to tighten the backrest. It's enough to support my body and no more trouble with loose screws.

The adjustable height and tilt are perfect. I'm 5'10" tall and sit comfortably on it. The chair also comes with a foot rest which allows me to lean back more relaxed.

I've been sitting in it for a week now, and I usually need to sit in it for 8 hours because I work from home. So far, this chair has been a great replacement for my old office chair.

First of all, this chair is good, i got it for my fiance and he needed a new chair, he says its very comfortable, the chair is of good quality, and it took less than an hour to set up by myself, just he wished the locking to lean the chair back was better than it was, as he likes to lean back in the chair but isnt able to lock it to where he would like to. Overall its a good chair

ordered this as a gift for my husband in our home office. When it arrived it was so easy to assemble it. I could have used another set of hands, but did finally do it by myself. Fairly easy to assemble. I did it alone. Chair is just small in every dimension. Do not buy if you are over 5' 10". Sits lower to the ground than all my other office chairs. Armrest are lower than all my other chairs. Seat is comfortable enough but not the best. Seat back does not recline at all.

The chair was packaged very well, the instructions and pieces were labelled perfectly. It took my husband and I roughly 20 minutes to build the chair but you don’t really need 2 people. The chair glides easily across the floor, reclines and the pull out feature so you lay flat out is lovely. Very good quality especially for the bargain price. 10/10 recommend!

Really comfy, looks nice and premium. I can sit cross legged in it, I'm also only 5' 3".

At the lowest setting my feet cannot touch the ground though. I like the ability to use the foot rest and recline, but you must use your won muscle force to recline, otherwise you might fall out of the chair. This means there is no resistance to the recline. Plus you can only recline fully and not partially. I was able to fall asleep in this chair while reclined, so it's quite comfortable.

The seat is comfortable and it was easy to assemble the chair as it came unassembled, but the bottom apparatus was already attached to the underside of the chair, which is more than you usually get with chairs in a box. So you only had to put on the arms, and attach the top and bottom to each other. The chair rolls well, very fluid and easy. So they are good quality casters.

Overall I would recommend this chair, just be advised that recline is all the way and you'll need to use your ab muscles to recline as there is no resistance to reclining. Be aware of that so you don't fall out of your seat, or tip over.

As a note to the manufacturer, I would add resistance to the decline for the reclining option. As it can feel like you are going to fall over -- most would expect a resistance to the recline phase.

The chair arrived quickly was well packaged well and assembly was easy to do. The chair does tilt however you cannot lock it in a partial tilt position. The arms on the chair elevate fully which allows for more space at the desk when thr chair is pushed in.

After breaking my last cheap office chair due to my, umm, "august personage" (I admit it, I'm overweight) so I bought this one. Well worth the money. Decent ergonomic support, well padded, holds up to 400 pounds, and great for long stretches of home office work - comfortable and breathable. Just get some different wheels or a floor cover if you have a hardwood floor, the plastic wheels will damage the hardwood.
