I mean it's a phone your mileage may vary.

Cosmetically it was perfect except for a tiny scratch on the screen that I'm not sure if I even noticed anymore. I debated arguing about it being visible more than 12 inches away. But I decided oh well it was probably going to get a scratch anyway.
The OLED screen is great. It gets real dim but readable in the dark.
After a year I think the battery life may have dropped a bit or I've been using it more.
No complaints about speed or the fingerprint reader.
I don't have a screen protector on it so I can't say if those impact the fingerprint reader.

I can't tell this is refurbished because it's in brand new condition. I switched from the iPhone 8+, and I really like this phone's features a lot better. I am so glad I made this purchase. I didn't have to overpay with a payment plan through my mobile service. Just switched the SIM card!

I purchased this phone less than four months ago, spending $500 for the phone.
There are the following issues with the phone.
1. The screen is defective. I am intermittently unable to unlock the screen and at times, when I unlock the screen it is completely white.
2. I took the phone to the Verizon store where I purchased a service plan and asked to have a PhoneCheck scan run on the phone. The IMEI and sim slots were registered and I was told that it is unlikely that this phone entered the resale market legitimately. The phone was advertised as new. It was anything
but. Thiscseller has a 15% one star reviews history, every one of them essentially a complaint of fraud.
3. I have requested a copy of the sellers PhoneCheck scan but have not received it. This is a scan that Amazon requires on refurbished phones sold on its platform. The seller claims to keep scan records for 90 days only. However, PhoneCheck says the scans are kept permanently.
4. The seller suggested that I contact Google for warranty support on the phone. Google says that because of the provenance (described above) of the phone, they can not offer warranty support on the phone.
I do not recommend this seller.

Battery life is a joke often lasting less than a day.

Storage alerts are a straight up scam and get progressively more aggressive the longer you ignore them.

The screen is honestly one of the weakest points of the phone and whatever Google is using is prone to scratches and cracks like nothing I've ever seen before.

The camera ai, while fine for point and shoot is horrid for anything more. You have little control over the camera and it will quickly leave you wanting more of you even have the slightest of photography awareness.

The phone gets extremely hot in a case and when left on full brightness. I'm actually scared to leave this thing in a hot car.

The keyboard is laughably bad and only gets worse with each update. You HAVE to proof read every message or Google will butcher your sentences.

It's a mid ship phone with weak and cheap components propped up by corner trucks to make it seem bigger and made than it is. -This sentence is the result of Google keyboard and I'm leaving it~
I'm not getting an 8 after this near daily frustration machine. If anything, we've gone so far of the rails from "Do no evil" that You've got a life long android user, techy and Apple avoider looking at iPhones for freedom from ads, pestering and bs alerts to pay for things I know I don't need.

Esta fue la primera vez que compré un celular en Amazon renewed, después de leer muchos comentarios en general de que comprar teléfonos renewed era jugar a la ruleta rusa (podía llegarte algo muy malo o algo muy bueno) decidí arriesgarme.

Para mi sorpresa me llegó un teléfono de calidad excelente, ningún micro rayón en la pantalla, la batería dura como si fuera prácticamente nuevo, el único arañazo que le llegué a notar fue uno extremadamente mínimo en el metal del módulo de cámaras pero no se nota a simple vista, después de leer varias reseñas de que este teléfono venía bloqueado por compañías gringas, les puedo decir que al menos con Telcel aquí en México funciona perfectamente, no me arrepiento de mi compra en absoluto, gran producto.

Llegó en una caja blanca de cartón genérica con el celular protegido, una herramienta extractora de sim y un cargador y cable extremadamente genéricos.
