    Phone arrived in a generic box with a generic charger and cable. The phone had some scratches, so it was not as described "like new", but nothing too significant or worth sending it back for. Was easy to setup and everything worked well after updating the operating system and security patches. As far as the phone goes, it has a difficult fingerprint sensor that does not work well with screen protectors.

     I'm usually happy to compromise for a year or so old model and save a couple hundred dollars rather than get the newest thing. Unfortunately, I tried to get this pixel 7 pro refurbished two purchases. The first one the fingerprint scanner on the screen did not work. Tried support with Google and while they were helfpul as usual, my issue could not be resolved so I returned it. I purchased this same pixel 7 pro product again from this vendor, and this one csme with the edge/corner all scratched up and coming apart from the phone itself. See video. Truly disappointing. I tried and ended up wasting months of my time, while suffering with my current phone pixel 6 pro on its last legs. Could not be more disappointed by a near 5 star reviewed product. Just know you are always taking a chance. Ended up buying a new pixel 8 pro from Google. Done with this.
