I love traditional cookware but find I often need a cook non-stick pan for sautéed dishes, eggs, etc. I historically have used teflon pans even though I know the chemical leeching issues are well documented. After my most recent teflon pans reached a point where I didn’t feel comfortable using them I did some searching and found this. MUCH BETTER than teflon and much nicer looking too. Initially I expected the wood-look handles to be wood - I wish they were but the bakelight is actually much easier to clean and always looks fresh. It is so easy to do perfect over-medium eggs, sautee veggies, tofu, and cook frittatas in this pan! I absolutely love it - hopefully a year from now I will be just as pleased.

I used this pan on an induction burner set to medium high and dry sauteed onions without burning. My plant based, no oil cooking will be greatly enhanced by this pan. This is a lovely quality pan. It looks and feels well-made. It’s lightweight and comfortable to hold, with a smooth, ergonomic, tactile handle.
 
I’ve used it to fry eggs, and they cooked perfectly. The pan warmed up quickly, and the eggs cooked evenly and didn’t stick to the bottom.

The pan is really easy to keep clean. It’s a nice looking, useful addition to my kitchen. I’m more than happy to recommend.
