I like design of the case and how easy it is to attach and detach from the phone and it's waterproof so far. My only complaint so far is the fact that you can't use the fingerprint scanner with the case attached, at least in my experience it does not read at all with the case attached. However that was not my domain quality I was looking for when I buy phone case, what I was looking for was durability and protection of my phone and then both of those categories is cases great I mean I have no complaints I don't use the fingerprint scanner anyway. This may not be the case for you though if you want the fingerprint scanner to actually work with the case adjust you might want to keep shopping and reading reviews.

It does seem heavy duty. But I did not like the way the back is... it is like the front, with a clear plastic, just like the way the front is, it felt weird and I guess I like the back to have more of a hard back on it, feels safer more protected, but I ordered it anyways lol. 3 things I hated tho, I could not use the fingerprint option, it just wouldn't register, probably because how big the case is and how deep the phone button is in there, also could not plug in anything into the ear phone spot, the hole was too far in for any of my plugs, even the one to connect to my car stereo. Also the front, plastic screen cover, was rippled on mine and not smooth after doing exactly everything the directions said when I put the phone inside. I will use it for the waterproof part when I need it but other than that I ordered a whole different case. I would've returned it but I just don't feel like going through all the trouble so I am stuck with it. I did not do any water or break testing so idk about that stuff about it.

Great Product - Wrong Phone Verizon A23 5G UW

This is definitely a good product by the look and feel of it, but it didn't fit the Verizon A23 5G UW phone we purchased. Turns out there must be a difference with the UW version of the A23 5G. The fingerprint sensor is a bit lower than the opening so it doesn't fit quite right. Same with the audio buttons, they are a tiny bit lower so the up volume is always being pressed. Heads up to others!

The case is awesome but unfortunately one of the key features i use is incompatible with this case. I use the fingerprint scanner for everything including logging into the phone and accounts but because there's plastic coating covering the fingerprint scanner it won't recognize my finger so i had to take off the waterproof plastic coating which defeats the purpose of it being waterproof. But still has amazing phone and screen protection.

That's probably the lowest quality & thinnest plexiglass I've ever seen. It should have just been called brittle plastic sheet; it will not protect the screen if the phone fall face down onto the pavement with some gravels; the screen will definitely crack. The plastic cover (pretend-plexiglass) was crack and almost came apart when I cleaned up the strange smudges that came with the case when I first got it out of the package :-(

I also had to cancel the biometrics feature on my phone because of the plastic cover on the side is too thick that it wouldn't detect my finger print. It's definitely not worth $20; not a good value for your dollars. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS CASE AT ALL.
