My husband refused to let us have a cat for over 10 years because he is vehemently opposed to cat boxes. It's not just the poo; Most litters have a distinct odor. (Seriously, "fresh" is just false.)

Somehow our daughter convinced him to temporarily "foster" a needy kitty so I was desperate to find something that would not smell as bad as our last cat's box. I bought every single litter the store had that said "unscented". THIS IS THE ONLY ONE that is actually unscented AND blocks poo & pee smells. (we also use a metal cat pan instead of plastic, and that was a huge help. Between my daughter working my husband to bring him home, the litter actually working well and actually being unscented, and the kitty being so darn lovable he had to stay forever, we are officially a cat home again!

I have had cats for years, and this is by far the best litter I've used. It has excellent odor control and fairly low tracking. Dust is fairly minimal as well. It clumps well so the clumps scoop out clean. Overall it's an excellent litter and I would highly recommend it to anyone.
