TLDR: Didn't take long to build, no wobble at standing height, it can definitely lift, reasonably silent, goes down to hobbit height.
The only important note about the build is you definitely need a drill (but they're $30 from Amazon or Walmart) to get the screws from the legs into the desk (there's pre-drilled holes for the controller though).
I find it so incredibly frustrating that the minimum height on most desks is so high that most people my height and shorter (and I'm not that short) can't have their feet on the floor with their elbows at a 90 degree angle. This is one of the few AIO solutions that has a decent minimum height; The other is from Ikea but costs regularly around $550 while I got this for ~$350, and this one has a memory set controller.
The wood seems like it is some kind of composite MDF with a laminate applied on top, but hey it's pretty sturdy, very smooth, and it still was reasonably heavy to move through the doorway. I don't foresee any trouble with it holding all my stuff on it.
The assembled desk was easy for a semi-fit person like me to move around, and doesn't weigh a ton like my first pair of standing legs did.
I'm pretty happy. No complaints, I don't think you can go wrong with this.

Great Standing Desk
I used to have a huge corner desk that unfortunately partially covered my window space. I decided it was time to remove the corner desk and replace it with a FlexiSpot standing desk. I was a little concern about getting this desk sent through the mail and assembling it myself, but I had no issues. I found I only actually stand at the standing desk for about 20% of my time. However this seems to be the right enough time for me to ease the shoulder muscles from the strain caused by sitting in one place too long.This particular standing desk isn't' the most expensive you can get out there but I think it's one of the better ones at this price-point. This was also one of the few brands I found that offered a desktop that was 30 inches deep at only four feet wide. It does have a slight wobble when at its highest setting but nothing that I'm overly worried about. I did have to purchase some cable management trays otherwise the dangling wires was too distracting when moving the desk up and down.Good product and will likely buy again from FlexiSpot.

I am most pleased with the assembly, motors and controller and their customer support. It took me 90 minutes from opening the box to raising and lowering the desk! All the necessary pieces were included as well as a few extra pieces just in case. The also provided some hardware for cable management. The pieces all fit together well and the instructions were clear enough, the most difficult part is the weight of the leg/motor assemblies (this is a good thing though). Be sure to get some help turning the desk upright, it is a heavy piece of furniture.
As I mentioned above, those heavy motors and legs make for a smooth and quiet raising and lowering experience that is very sturdy at my sitting (25") and standing heights (41"). Even at the full ~50" height, I did not notice much wobble or rocking at all. The controller is a great, with 3 memory pre-sets for height and a timer to remind you to stand. The first few people I showed it to commented on how cool it was that the desk would softly stop at the pre-set heights, it makes an impression of solid quality.
Finally, I must say how great the customer support was that kept me constantly informed on the status of my order. I received my legs much sooner than I was supposed to, but without the desk top. Patricia and the people at FlexSpot immediately contacted me (before I even reached out to them!) to resolve the situation right away!

I searched and researched for months looking for the right standing desk and finally decided on the FlexiSpot 55" EC5 3 Stages Dual Motor Electric Standing Desk and it does not disappoint. First off, I thought the size was a little unusual, but it turned out to be the happy medium between the 70"+ desks and the 40" ones.
