Great little air conditioner.
This is a great little unit. My daughter purchased one for her room and loved it so much she encouraged me to get one so I didn’t have to suffer anymore. I’m so glad I followed her advice. LOVE it. I purchased one for my bedroom as well. They are less noisy than other portable air conditioners I’ve tried in the past. It is solid and fairly heavy but not as bulky which is a HUGE plus. There is a drainage hose that comes out the back, you will need to set it into a bucket or something to catch the water it creates when running. I personally use a 5 gallon water storage container. That keeps the hose inside securely, and is large enough I don’t need to be panicked about water flooding every time I use it. It looks classy not cheap and desperate. There is a little bit of set up required, but nothing to difficult or strenuous. The hose fits securely out the window and is not flimsy and cheap. It gets my room so cold. What a breath of fresh air this has been so far this summer. I haven’t had it long enough to see what my electric bill will be, but given how hot it is where I am right now, I’m so glad I have it. This was a great purchase.

I'm in fla we've had some bad heat.i use it in my bedroom with a turbo fan in the corner. As some have said it won't kick off in the daytime but actually my old LG window ac never did either in this heat. What I do is put on the timer so when it goes off bedroom is still cool quite honestly in this heat even my neighbors central air never shuts off. Also I bought from hardware store a 10 ft hose and replaced the 2 foot so I can run it outside and not have to dump out water from a bucket. The company though only answered any questions I had thru Amazon. When emailed them 3 times Never got an answer. So not sure if I'll buy from them anymore. The product though is great.
