This phone works fine and does have the best speaker on the market and that is why I bought it. Also, It has the longest lasting battery of any phone I've ever had. Saying that, I will say it is extremely heavy. I had to buy a holster and wear it on my hip becaue it over-weighs my shirt pocket.

I got this as "yet another" replacement phone for my wife, who seems to like dropping phones :D Really, I just went looking for rugged Android phones, and after a little sifting of results, and a little further study, I decided to pull the trigger and give this a test.

I was astounded by this phone. There are some medium-minor problems that I don't like:
- the fingerprint reader just isn't all that great. Most of the time it forces me to use the unlock pattern after it fails too many times. I won't try the facial recognition, thanks.
- there was some kind of accidental home-navigation problem going on for a while -- regardless of whether I used the default Android keyboard app or any 3rd-party. Eventually, I found that switching to Android's gesture system resolved that. SO, that's potentially kind of alarming, but once you get used to the gestures, it's alright.

Now, on the positive side,
- obviously, the audio on this phone is good. But it's SO GOOD that I wonder why we put up with anything less. This should be the standard.
- BATTERY LIFE. The phone is, without a doubt, a fat phone. No one can argue that. But that's because the battery is large, and it gives it multiple days without having to plug in. Power has forever been a problem with Androids, and this sacrifice is worth it.
- Rugged! A key selling point to be sure, and I'll be honest: I haven't tested this! But if she winds up dropping the phone, I'll come back with an update.

Phone is not compatible for atnt or. Cricket service ,also when I returned the phone after paying a 159 dollars I received on 11.62 back for me returning it

When I returned the phone it had never er been used and not. Compatible with atnt or cri ket also apon me returning it I n its original packages and box after paying a 150 something for it I was only refunded 11.62 and wish someone could tell me. Why hell I can't even reach Amazon to speak with anyone

First off the sound was awesome. It sounded like a mini boom box. Second I was looking forward to the hardiness of the phone cause I'm in construction. Now lastly what I can't understand is in these modern times why would a descent well made phone not work on the 3 major carriers around? This phone DOES NOT WORK on AT&T, Verizon, or T-Mobile. What the hell were they thinking. And on top of that I returned it the same day, in Amazon is refusing my return. I'm still trying to get my $134 back and it's already been two and a half weeks. I don't know about anybody else but $134 is a lot of money for me and I don't have a phone or the money. So that is my review of the phone and I'm doing a separate review for my return not being accepted cuz it was in the same box the same stuff that was in there I returned it and they're not letting me have my money back. So there's my review and I don't do reviews very much at all.

Me gusta despues de tenerlo 3 días, perfecto. La única pega que te acabas acostumbrando, es el peso. Pero es normal por la cantidad de miliamperios que tiene. Pero el sonido es alucinante, voy por la calle escuchando música y llamo la atención. No hace falta llevar altavoz externo. La batería no dura lo que en algunas reseñas pone, pero de momento llevo tres días y me queda 38%.
