Don’t bother. Way too difficult to get the code, link epic games account to Xbox console and microsoft account. Unlink from previous account. Etc.my teenager and I spent hours on this and it never worked. DO NOT PURCHASE unless you have unlimited time and patience.We gave up and I gave my kid $23 which can be spent on something more worthwhile.

This was really convent instead of buying the gift card in person and then using it. Instead you can buy it and use it all within 10 minutes and It got me what i needed fast. It send a detailed instructions on how to use it and what the code is which i loved. 5 stars for me!!!

I have spent the last few hours having a run around with epic and amazon trying to figure out how to resolve this issue and neither want to take any responsibility and it is absolutely pathetic.

I gifted this code to a friend and she attempted to redeem it on her phone for her playstation console as the directions said. It then gives her an area that v-bucks are not redeemable in her country?? We both live in the USA.
She contacted epic and they said since I made the purchase I would have to contact them.
When I contacted epic, they said since my friend is trying to redeem it SHE would have to contact them.
She then contacted epic AGAIN and they said it was a retailer issue and to contact the retailer (amazon).
When I contacted amazon they told me this was not their issue because the codes come straight from epic/fortnite and that there is no possible way for them to resolve it or issue a refund.
My friend then contacted Epic AGAIN and this time the person she spoke to tried to convince her to redeem through mobile platform instead of playstation and that she could then access them on her playstation.
One super quick google search confirms this would in fact not work because v-bucks are not transferable across platforms and that she wouldn't even be able to use them on mobile because mobile for IOS does not exist, only android!

This was a complete waste of my time and money and completely embarrassing for epic and amazon.

Save yourself the headache, delete epic games and never purchase anything digitally through amazon!

I don’t know what the other comments are talking about it’s actually super easy to use the code. The code is given to you like 5 minutes after you buy it, and even comes with instructions on how to enter the code.
