    I always tend to buy this type of two-piece hybrid case for my phones as I think they offer more protection. This is the first time I've bought one with the ring on the back. I read a lot of books on my phone and was always propping it up on something in order to read but with the built in ring I don't need to do that. The case is very easy to put on and the light teal color has a kind of frosted look to it which I like. Fits my A14 perfectly and even has holes for a wrist strap if you want to put one on. I wondered how the fingerprint reader would work with this case on but it hasn't been a problem at all. I didn't hold out much hope for the enclosed glass screen-protector because the "free" ones usually are not very good but I was really impressed with the quality of the one that was included. The first time I appplied it there was a speck of something up near the top of the screen so I took it off and put two strips of that clear packing tape on the back to see that would take of the little piece of lint or whatever it was. Worked like a charm. I re-cleaned the screen and carefully re-applied the screen protector. I had to wait overnight for one corner to really stick but it looks good now. I had ordered a box of Mr.Shield screen covers but will be able to wait before I need to use those. I'm pretty careful with my phone and don't drop it often but with this case on it I feel it's pretty well protected. Very happy I chose this case.

    My husband is not easy on electronics, so we had to find something that was heavy duty and would protect his phone from all the falls it would take over its life time. This has done it. Very sturdy and stays in place, thick hard plastic protects every corner and side from breaking. Since it overlaps the screen, it also has the added benefit of some screen protection barring something isn't dropped directly on the screen.
