I purchased this chair in Graphite color to match carpeting in my computer room. It replaced my previous chair, as it wasn't supporting my back and it took up a lot of space in front of my computer desk. This chair was really easy to assemble and it takes up less space in front of my desk. It rolls easily on my floor mat as well. I am 6'2" and weigh 190# and I find this chair truly comfortable and the lumbar support is superb! No more back soreness after sitting up to one hour working at the computer. While its price is way below what you could spend, I find this chair exceedingly comfortable and built well. Highly recommended if you don't want to spend hundreds more!

The chair's build and quality is pretty good for the money. It looks great and doesn't squeak too much. The base cushion is spacious and quite comfortable.

My main gripes are with the rest of the chair, however. The biggest problem is how hard the chair fights you when you want to recline and lean back. It takes a significant amount of weight and force to actually KEEP the chair reclined back, as the chair is designed to always return back upright. So if you like to lean back on your chairs, this one is a bit of a fighter. I like to lean and relax in longer hours on the chair, but this one just doesn't really let you do that easily.

The arm rests are also just quite uncomfortable. There's some material lining where your hands are supposed to rest, but they're so thin that it basically makes no difference compared to resting it on the plastic shell. You keep your arms on there long enough and they just start to hurt.

So overall, eh. I wouldn't say I'm satisfied, but for the price it's not the worst. If you spend long hours on the chair this one might not be it.

EDIT: Adding a star because their customer support is great and contacted me, issuing me a full refund. It was fast and easy. But I do still stand by my review.

The chair was easy to build, all parts arrived. The color is beautiful, and the seat cushion is comfortable, and rolls around very well .

However the chair is not tall enough, the headrest comes to like shoulder-blade height on him (and he isn't super tall ,6ft), and due to lack of height, it's uncomfortable, so it's staying off. The back fabric is kinda loose and thin. The leaning capabilities of this chair is not as sturdy as we would like , it leans to the right instead of straight back, and it's creaky.
