The pan works really well and is still nonstick for eggs even after several weeks of use. I also like that it has a lid, but I don't use it much because it is difficult to clean. The handles have to be assembled and the washer of the screw for the lid handle was stuck in the wrong place and impossible to remove. Good luck trying to find a replacement for it. So used it as is, but whenever it gets wet the water is trapped under the lid handle. Seems like a recipe for mold and ick near my food so hard pass on that.

Los acabo de empezar a usar. Hasta ahora todo muy bien y el antiadherente es muy bueno. Los compré para usarlos también en mi parrilla de inducción, ya que son de acero inoxidable; funcionan con varias fuentes de calor. Hay que tener un poco de paciencia y cuidado para hacer el "montaje" de el asa, además de tener el destornillador correspondiente a la mano para fijarlas.

In the past, I've purchased cheaper no stick pans only to find them warping from the heat or easily scratched. I've only had this pan one week but can already tell it's much heavier and easier to clean. I love the handle/lid material because it's a nice color and not slippery. More like a rubber feel to it. This seems like a good investment. Now my daughter and I can cook eggs much easier than on our All-Clad pans (which are expensive and so finicky to use because everything sticks if you don't get the exact right oil temperature). My husband asked us to stop using the All-Clad pans for eggs because they would stick so badly so I found this great solution.
