Although I've never heard of the brand before, I purchased it based on the description and the reviews. The fan is a very clean-looking and unobtrusive fan.
It blows a nice amount of air and can help keep a small/medium size room cool. For me, I like a little breeze when I sleep and this fan does a great job of it and is whisper quiet, so much so that my wife doesn't even know it's on. Whereas previous fans wake her up due to the noise, this one is so quiet, she doesn't hear it at all.
The remote control feels solid and functions well from across the room.
Together, the fan and the remote function perfectly and I'm very pleased with my purchase. If I had to do it all over again, I would definitely purchase this fan again! I've been using it for several weeks now daily/nightly and it functions perfectly.

Impressive Customer Support
I recently purchased the Dreo Air Circulator Fan (model DR-HAF001) on Amazon, and although one of the fan blades cracked during operation, the customer support I received was exceptional.The fan was working great until it accidentally toppled over, causing one of the blades to snap. I contacted Dreo's customer support to inquire about a replacement blade. Tina from Dreo Customer Care responded promptly and professionally, explaining that they didn't have replacement blades available but were eager to help.After providing proof of purchase and a brief description of the incident, Tina arranged for a replacement fan to be shipped to me within 3-5 working days. She made the process hassle-free by not requiring the return of the defective unit and provided a tracking number for the new fan.The new fan arrived quickly, and I couldn't be happier with the resolution. Tina's excellent support turned a potentially frustrating situation into a positive experience. I highly recommend Dreo products, not just for their quality but also for their outstanding customer service.

Have only used it for a couple of hours but am loving it! Super quiet, the remote and LED display are added bonuses, and the air circulation is much better than my previous fan. Very sturdy, too. Highly recommend!
