     I. Bought this phone after reviewings its specs, date of availability, and compared it to others in pric range. On paper the phone should be a winner. The screen specs, camera, processor, amount of ram. Lies. All lies. This phone couldnt even read a barcode to scan. Pictures have difficuty focusing, slow to take, and look awful. I was pulling my hair out in agony trying to use this phone for daily tasks like browsing and news and videos and email. It struggled to open web pages and apps. I play 1 game, 8 ball pool and it lagged and failed. Bluetooth drains battery unreal amount. Phone only lasts a couple hours. Att sent me messag that phon isnt supported so all features dont work. I will be fixing my previous phone. The grass was not greener. I firmly believe that the specs listed in th settings as well as the website description are false. Also many apps wont work on it. Couldnt install amazon shopping or usaa bank and many others. I will be returning this soon. Also. Phone is large, heavy, screen display doesnt look hd. Motion isnt fluid. Phone heats up badly after watching youtube for 20 minutes. Manufacturer doed throw in a clesr phone case which is good since i couldnt find an aftermarket available. Oh almost forgot, i couldnt hear callers when on calls. On volume max it was barely audible. I had to use speakerphone to hear them and have a conversation and even that wasnt loud at all. The bluetooth issue is very weird. Even without usiing phone or any features , just having phone standby something is draining bluetooth nonstop. Considering all the issues i noted this phone to me is defective, unsupportedd by att , falsely advertised, and unusable.

    Although I was happy with the delivery, the phone would not connect to the internet, make calls, or send texts once I inserted my Verizon SIM card. There was still no service even when I tried a different SIM card. I am quite unhappy with this purchase. I was hoping for a device that would actually function, but it didn't. I received it on the first day and will be returning the following day.
