Probably the best protector for my Apple Watch yet
I’ve purchased and cycled though maybe four different screen protectors for my Apple Watch and this one is the best. It’s hard, it’s very minimal and it doesn’t obstruct the touch features of my watch. The only downside is you need to be spot on with the installation. Because of how it’s designed, if you’re even slightly off, you’re going to have bubbles. There is very small margin for error, but if you’re able to pull it off, you’ll have a screen protector that makes your Apple Watch look as good as stock.

Very happy with this set of Apple Watch screen protectors. They're incredibly scratch and crack resistant. But that's not a serious inconvenience as once it's removed you can wipe the residue from the screen and reinstall a new one.

I purchased the two pack of screen protectors for my Apple Watch 7 45mm. They looked to be good quality and my old screen protector needed replacing. So I went ahead and ordered this product.
It arrived and I was impressed with the quality of the actual screen protectors, being “curved” they had a very nice appearance. I mean why put junk on Apple quality stuff? Right?

Well I watched the video they send a QR code for, even though I’ve out in hundreds of protectors on phones, iPads, tablets, etc.

That’s when I noticed the product did not come with the “anti-stick” screen protecting spray the directions show to use. Well I’d already removed my other screen protector, the old one and didn’t want to risk even a day without a protector on watch screen so I didn’t scratch it.

So I went ahead with install? Following directions other than using the spray. As I figured maybe it was an old video. The Amazon add didn’t mention the spray.

Well the first protector had air bubbles like crazy. I tried all the tricks, lifting the corner to let air bubble out. Which worked, but let dust from air in and ruined that one with a big dust spot. Grrrr. Oh well, I still have another. I then re-did the process and it went a BIT better, but I was EXTREMELY careful. I am a mechanical engineer and ASE certified Master Mechanic. I design and build cars for one of the top 3 largest Automotive OEM companies. I know how to build and do things with my hands.

Not sure if the issue is because that spray wasn’t included or what. But I now have to deal with a subpar product with a couple air bubbles. I’m anal, it’s driving me crazy.

I also can’t send back used and broken screen protectors. So I’ll have to eat the cost and buy a different type. All this while my mother is in hospital after barely living through a stroke.

If your like me and like quality accessories for your Apple products. Then I’m gonna have to recommend passing on these.

I looked for a “contact seller” option but did not see it. If the seller reads this and will send me a replacement set. I will try them and update this review.

Like I mentioned, the product itself, the glass protector looks great. Seems to fit perfect, but has issues with air bubbles for some reason. I hate to leave a bad review. But until I see different I will have too.

I’ve tried plastic Apple Watch screen protectors before, and they are just sad: after a few weeks they start loosing the smooth slickness of a good screen protector and they tear super easy.The plastic case protectors are better, but sweat and grime can get underneath and scratch the glass. These glass screen protectors fit perfectly on my Apple Watch Series 6! Not a bubble or a misaligned bezel anywhere. I’m super pleased and I’ve had this screen protector for several months now! I’m hard on tech in general as I work in construction, carpentry, landscaping and I’m going to college and using my iPhone, Apple Watch, and iPad all the time. I need good screen protectors, and this one fits the bill!

When this protector is installed it is fantastic. You can't even tell it is on, and it doesn't scratch easily at all. Touch function is just fine. Every once in a great while, is isn't quite as sensitive as the original iwatch screen, but that is minimal. Now the bad news: Installation will either go so easy you won't believe it, or will frustrate you to no end. I've had both experiences. Getting rid of the stray orphan bubble can be almost impossible. The last time I installed this protector, I had to take an 'edge' card from another installation kit which is meant to smooth out bubbles. It worked. But it is a very specialized card. Thick and with an edge having a specialized fabric that won't damage plastic. But the light bulb went on and I realized that this protector material was tempered glass -- not plastic. So a silicon spatula with a. flat edge will work fine; but it has to be thick enough that you can press down on the screen protector to press out the bubbles. I had two installations of this protector that went ok, but one was such a nightmare I had to knock off a star. Too bad, because it is an awesome protector that should last you a year before needing replacement.

When I put the first one on I was left with a couple of air bubbles and I was convinced that I had either placed it improperly or hadn’t cleaned it well enough and there were dust particles trapped under it. I tried the method of getting rid of the air bubbles that the video suggested but couldn’t get it to work. I ended up taking the first one off and trying the second one, only to be left with more air bubbles than before. I was frustrated but decided I would just deal with them. HOWEVER, after sitting overnight the protector had settled down on the screen and had just one small bubble. After a bit of time outside in the Florida heat it had sealed and the bubbles were completely gone. If you find that you think you did everything right and you still have bubbles, try giving it some time or a little bit of heat before giving up on it. Once it’s on you can’t even tell it’s there! Seamless and sleek screen protector.
