Just as Good as the Brand Name
I have been using off brand replacement cartridges for my HP Laser Jet for years. They are every bit as good at a quarter of the price. Putting in the chip is an easy process with the enclosed tools and instructions. Just remember to save the chip from your old cartridge before getting rid of it. I have not experienced any problems with this companies cartridge and would recommend them as a great buy for the money.

What I didn't notice when purchasing this item was that you will need to remove the chip from the previous toner cartridge and install it onto this cartridge. All of the tools are provided and honestly, the process is very easy. Once done, everything else went smooth and the print quality was amazing! For 2/3 the cost of one toner cartridge, I received two. I see the value in that!

Thank you for reaching out about our recent purchase of toner cartridges. I originally was not planning on writing back, but since you reached out I thought I’d give you my honest feedback. To be completely transparent the experience was not a good one.

When opening the package, we weren’t sure what we were getting ourselves in to. Usually, you pull the cartridge out of the printer and put the new one in. With this product we had to do basically destroy and remove a chip from the old cartridge and then replace it in the new one so it would work in the printer. When we finally figured out getting the chip out, replaced, and new printer cartridge in the printer it has still been giving us errors of low ink. It prints fine but gives us the error even though you reset printer settings for the levels. This is definitely not a product we would purchase again. Next time we will be spending the extra money to get just the HP brand even though it’s 3 times as much.

Also, this cartridge was just replaced and I'm already getting false readings or I'm truly out of ink.
NOT WORTH THE MONEY!

*Updated - The supplier contacted us regarding our concerns with the product, based on the review. We were very happy that they stand behind their product and value their customer's feedback. This is rare to have a company that is concerned enough to follow up with a customer to ensure satisfaction. As we have used the product for more than a month, the quality is great, and we will definitely reorder these cartridges when they're needed again. We would recommend this product.

We received our refill cartridges for our HP printers. We were happy with the price of the refill cartridges, but didn't realize there were steps we needed to take to make them work when we replaced them. There is a small chip in the original HP cartridge that needs to be removed and inserted into the refill cartridge before it can be used. There were no instructions in the box to know this, we just so happened to have an employee that knew this already. After that was figured out, the cartridge was installed and has been working well. The printed still shows "low toner" message, but there might be a reset for that, we haven't contacted our IT guy to check that out. After all is said and done, it's a little more work, but the cost savings is important to our school and we will reorder these refills again when we need to.
