I was shipped a used malfunctioning product. When I received I thought it was weird it had no directions or shipping foam/tape/directions around machine and the serial number was blacked out with a black sharpie marker. The machine did not work as the water never stopped until the basin was empty. Contacted this company listed on this site and said I could return to them or call Keurig for replacement. I received replacement machine directly from Keurig and machine was packaged right and you can tell it was brand new. NOTE : DO NOT purchase from this company. Obviously the machine was returned from a past owner repackaged half a** and sent out again. PURCHASE FROM ANOTHER SELLER. Bunch of crooks.

Bought this for use in my RV. It takes up less space than my older Keurig Classic and counter space is limited in an RV. Simple to use. Makes 3 sizes of brews. I’m very picky about the taste of my coffee and I buy k-pods that give me the flavour, aroma, and strength that I prefer. This machine satisfies. I like that after you insert a pod, you can then immediately select your cup size by pushing one of the three blue buttons that then light up, and the machine will begin heating the water (if required) and make the brew. My older Classic Keurig requires me to wait for the water to heat up before I can select the brew size and begin brewing. This machine doesn’t have a brew strength button but in my experience such a button was just a gimmick and you can adjust the strength of your brew by selecting a smaller or larger cup size and get the same desired results. The coffee is hot but not too hot to drink immediately. The tank only holds enough water to make 3-4 cups but the tank is easy to fill. I guess that’s the trade-off if you want a machine that takes up less counter space. Very pleased with this. Thanks Amazon for the sale price too.

Not like the older Keurig build quality

Bought this on sale for 79.00 and it is worth that. But would not buy for over 100.00
The machine is a great size for a counter top and once it heats up and makes a cup of coffee quickly.
The things I wish were better are the following.
The plastic and reservoir tank is quite a bit thinner than my 5 year old model. It feels cheap.
The reservoir hold 32 oz of water and I thought if reservoir was full plus there is already already water inside the machine from the last fill i might be able to get 3, 10 oz cups of coffee on that one fill. But you can only get 2 fills ( 20 oz )
Not a deal braker for 1 or 2 people household but if there are more people you need to constantly be filling the reservoir.
The machine is surprising loud. I image that is because of the thin plastic used to build it. So there is less noise dampening happening.
That being said the machine does what it is meant to do, at an affordable price.
I just pray I never drop the reservoir because it will surely crack and break.
