It's also an excellent source of protein (16g per serving), has 0mg cholesterol, no added hormones or antibiotics and has 40% less saturated fat than a leading brand of pork sausage.

Made from simple plant-based ingredients - like peas and brown rice - our Beyond Sausage has no GMOs, soy or gluten. Each pack contains 4 plant-based links that can be thrown in a bun, put on kebabs, sliced onto pizza or crumbled into sauce. Enjoy every bite.

First time trying the avocado oil recipe. I was surprised to see recommended cooking time in a skillet is 12-13 minutes. I don't remember having to cook them for that long in the past. They were slightly burned at the 12 minute mark and rather tough on the inside. Still giving 5 stars as I'm a Beyond devotee and want to support them. I'll try lower heat next time and/or shorter cooking time.

I love Beyond, Incredible, and Amazon's brand. I prefer Amazon's brand to these as they taste a little milder but probably less like a real bratwurst...It's been around 20 years since I've eaten meat so my memory of the real brat taste is hazy. I did eat Tofurkey brand brats and enjoyed them but can't find them anymore. These are pricey but all new plant-based meat seems to be. Great with horseradish mustard. Will buy again.

These taste great but they are incredibly greasy. I think it's mostly coconut oil. I just saved the pan grease and covered it and used it later to cook other food. I can't imagine eating this frequently is good for health. If you are vegetarian and want to indulge in faux meat and have a hankering for sausage -go for it. As a once in a blue moon treat, it's probably OK. I would steer clear if you have a heart condition or are intently watching your saturated fat intake. Otherwise, texture is great and so is the flavor.

They gobble these scrummy sausages up and when I do tell them they are vegan, they agree that these are the best vegan sausages on the market.
