I have very fine hair, so this doesn't get tangled into knots when I use it. It also doesn't get super hot, which is good and bad because I have so much hair it does take a bit to use this and dry my hair.The end result is good wavy hair, and I would rather it be not too hot and protect my hair.

The box was damaged when I received this but the item itself was ok. It’s bigger than thought it would be. I like features that it has a cool option that I don’t have to hold down the button like other hair dryers. There is a warm, cool and hot. And a low, med and high setting. I’m not sure what the snowflake button is for, I imagine it’s for a cool shot. The diffuser was a bit cumbersome to attach. The instructions didn’t specify how to attach it. It may seem like a no brainer but it was very difficult to snap on. It took me a minute to figure out that it was a snap on and not a twist on. The instructions was more about safety and hazard and how to blow dry your hair. I’ve used it twice so far and each time when I start it there is a weird burning smell that comes out but it disappears. Not sure if this is because it’s new and will go away overtime. It seems to work so far and can handle my kinky, waist length, natural wavy hair. I got this on sale so I’m happy with the purchase so far. Not really expecting much considering the price, how I received it and the strange smell.
