Having small windows in my house we had to find an air conditioner with a higher BTU but small body. This fit perfectly and it cools extremely well. This is the best money I've spent in a very long time!! Tired of being hot?? This small ac will get you cool and keep you cool. After having it a month now I did not see a big increase on my power bill either. It's a win win! Good price,fits smaller windows, works great! I highly recommend. I wouldn't want to have it in a window above my head, it's quieter than others we have had in the past but it could be annoying if you are sitting under it.

I got it went to all the trouble to install it and it doesn't work. I've tried every setting and fan never comes on I can see through the louvers that it never moves.

The compressor will cycle, briefly, it's VERY LOUD.

Customer support is closed when I need them, so I'm airing this in my review.

I REALLY needed this to work.

I already took out the old one, not it's HOT, I've got no AC, and I've got to uninstall it and start over.

There needs to be a zero star for moments like this!!

Lastly, it says it should always be moved, with top up. The delivery person left it on its side (and ignored all, my delivery instructions and common sense, like ringing the doorbell - how hard is that?). SMH!!

Have only been using it for a few days in the low to mid 80s here in the Midwest. Doing a magnificent job so far my only gripe is one of my own doing. Didn't pay attention that I needed to buy batteries for the remote. So many options on the control panel LOL. Took a little while to figure out how to just get a regular setting. Easily cools a 15 x20 bedroom.

Not only is the remote kind of useless, but ours came bent in half. Since we didn't expect much from it, we just tossed it out. I think I can cope with getting up and pushing the buttons on the A/C without a remote. I've never had a remote for an A/C that did more than turn it on and off anyway.

Otherwise, this is a GREAT unit. At 75 degrees, low, cool (not economy), it keeps the living room, dining room and kitchen comfortable. Not frigid. I'm sure if I turned the temperature down, it probably would chill down a lot more. It doesn't seem to use much power, either. It installed in a few minutes, no fuss, no issues, no parts left over. And it's small compared to most other machines with that many BTUs.
