The phone is built good quality, but it does not fit any cases except the one it comes with, WiFi speeds are very slow, does not work with T-Mobile, very sluggish and slow performance and a lot of apps do not work or just lock up

The caption says unlocked and activate with any carrier. All of the carriers I checked with says that this phone I24 Ultra 5g is incompatible. They all suggested that I return it. Not compatible with T mobile, cspire or Att.

Pros:

Sleek, modern, lightweight design; takes good pictures and videos; has good sound

Cons:

Does everything slower than normal 5G Android phones- even basic non-internet apps load slow; some apps (Amazon, Chase, Capital One) are not accessible in the Google Play Store app on this phone; battery drains extremely fast, even while phone is sleeping.
