Been taking it since the day i received it and nothing. I feel nothing. I do not recommend this product.
Edit: since i began to take this supplement back on May 25 I’ve been upping the daily dose just to see if I could feel any rush of energy like the others have mentioned and still feel nothing in the way of energy, I’ve even coupled it with handfuls of a similar supplement with almost similar ingredients and neither did anything. In my honest opinion these are capsules of whatever and what really concerns me is what exactly are in these capsules. I’m going to continue to keep updating until the entire bottle is consumed and I will then return and give a full assessment of my thoughts on this product.

I do not have any problem taking vitamin I took it for 30 days didn't really see much difference but I'm assuming everyone is different it's a great affordable price and definitely great ingredients this product carries but I still don't feel it did anything for me. I recommend that you try it cause everyone is different. But definitely I would not buy it again because I have no use for it.
