I recently started taking this supplement, and I have mixed feelings about it so far. On the positive side, the capsules are easy to swallow. Curious, I opened a capsule to check the contents-- it was a fine powder with a sweet, somewhat grassy taste. The capsule exterior dissolves quickly if left on the tongue, indicating that it should break down quickly once ingested. The blend of ingredients is impressive and could replace multiple supplements in my cabinet. I appreciate that these pills are vegan and made in the USA, but I would like to see a breakdown of where the manufacturer sourced the ingredients. I'll continue taking the capsules as directed, hoping to see some positive effects soon. For now, I'll give them four stars, acknowledging their ease of use and broad ingredient list, but reserving a higher rating until I experience more tangible benefits.

A multimineral supplement, I got this due to the host of wonderful ingredients included.
It's a 16-in-one supplement with a 30 day supply (60 count). It's vegan, GMO-free, gluten free and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) certified.

In one serving you get Vitamins C (90mg) & D3 (25mcg), sea moss 350mg, black seed (nigella sativa) 200mg, ashwagandha 100mg, turmeric 100mg, bladderwrack 100mg (equiv. to 2000mg of powder), burdock 100mg (equiv. to 2000mg of powder), as well as a multi mineral blend (see advertised photo for supplement facts with more details). This is a superfood supplement chock full of beneficial ingredients, especially those to help with inflammation!

Many of these ingredients I take as separate supplements, so this product will help me streamline my process, saving me time and increasing adherence!
