Beautiful phone, works amazing but did take a long time getting all set up!
I just received this phone today and I am very happy with it. My only complaint would be that as soon as I started the process of transferring my old phone apps &everything else, I was made to do a software update and it literally took over 2 hours and during that time I could not even use my old phone either. I would suggest that you choose a good time when you do not absolutely need to use your old phone. I also did have difficulty getting my SIM transfer done and after 2 separate phone calls with Straight Talk I was starting to worry that my account would not work with the ESIM but I finally got it all figured out. I’m very happy with the phone and just wanted to let others know that it can be a process but it is definitely worth it in my opinion.

Just got my device yesterday, the device looks pristine overall on the outside. Battery health was 100%. My only issue I noticed so far is the keyboard sensitivity seemed off, It wasn’t typing as well as it should, and was skipping letters when I typed. but I just discovered it came with a tempered glass screen protector on it already and I had put another one over the top of it upon set up, not realizing it. So it had TWO layers of glass on it preventing proper touch sensitivity. Once I removed one of them it works perfectly. SO, buyers be aware that your phone may come with a tempered glass screen protector already lol which is very nice of the seller to add. The original screen had minimal marks on it under the glass. No scratches or issues otherwise. 10/10 satisfied with the device so far. But today is day one of me fully using it. Will update if that changes later.

This refurbished phone has been money well spent! It looks brand new. I love the yellow color and so bought a matching yellow case. Battery holds a charge much longer than my other phone did and best of all, it didn’t come with bloatware as did my previous one. The 2 speakers sound fantastic, even my husband remarked how great they sounded when I played a video. I highly recommend buying refurbished phones from Amazon when looking for a different phone.
