Like everyone else I was super hesitant about buying a refurbished iPhone off Amazon cause of all the horror stories you read in the comments but I ended up going for it, got the midnight green iPhone 11 pro from hybrid it. SUPER HAPPY I went for it. I bought the excellent condition one, but for 300$, it's like I got a brand new iPhone! Battery was at 95%! And there is such minimal scratches on the phone, none on the screen, it's like I really got a new iPhone. Shipped in 2 days. It's the perfect phone. Cameras work. It's all good. If you’re having second thoughts , this is coming from a regular guy, just do it. I wasn't disappointed at all.not at all……. Been a couple of days and the phone is still top notch a 1. Thanks hybrid it and Amazon.

This phone was a last resort. I had a completely failed experience with another seller’s IPhone 11, and to be honest, I was extremely nervous when ordering this one. The reviews had been 50/50, so I had very little clue what I was going to get.

The package arrived a day early, which was nice and unexpected. My phone was put into what seemed like a generic Android phone box, which, I’ll let you know damn near gave me a heart attack when I opened.

Inside were a few things. An Amazon renewed card and one other thing I can’t remember- as well as the phone (obviously) and a charger and charging brick. Charger and charging brick are standard but the cable feels pretty nice and the brick is a good size. Standard plastic holder inside. Nothing more, nothing less. No complaints.

For the actual phone, it was inside of a plastic zip bag. The bag itself was scratched up so it was difficult to see the phone inside until i took it out. The first thing I did when I took it out was inspect it for damage. I was completely ready to pack it back up and send it back- but I was pleasantly surprised.

The phone had very little cosmetic damage, just some scratches on the frame (my case covers it anyways, so it doesn’t matter to me) and literally no screen damage- besides a little scratch on the upper right corner near the bezel. And you have to remember these phones are used, so I didn’t feel a need to dock a star for that, since you can only see the scratch when the screen is off and light is being reflected onto it. Overall, 9.5/10 for cosmetics.

Then, the battery. My particular phone came with 80% battery health, which I personally don’t mind. I have the means to be able to get it replaced when the time comes, and to be honest was a relief after my last IPhone 11 from another seller had 100% battery health, just for it to be a non-Apple battery and cause all sorts of problems.

Overall, I have no complaints with this phone. It’s in great condition in my book. Mic, speakers, cameras, haptics, everything (as far as I’ve been using it) has been in perfect order. Based on other reviews, whatever phone you get from this seller honestly depends on luck. It’s trivial, and that should never be the case, but if you can, I’d say take the risk. Worse case scenario you return it and get a full refund and try again.

Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase.

Yes we were aware that the phone is refurbished. However, there was an aftermarket battery in the phone that didn’t last very long. The phone started dying and doing weird things. Took it to a repair shop and got an apple battery installed and it fixed issues we didn’t know existed. Like the screen was difficult to touch, took more effort to click on. Once the apple battery was installed, the screen worked way better! So, in addition to what we paid along with the battery plus labor fees, the phone works fine. That’s the risk you take in buying a refurbished phone.

after market packaging they used was actually very professional and looked great, sealed with care . There was some paperwork on the side I highly suggest reading as its about your warranty and thus is important. Remember you pay for what you get, especially with Iphones. I use Android and IOS in business, I bought a brand new 2021 NEW flagship android device for $320 less than this product but what I paid extra for was that Amazon renewed guarantee which not only promises your device to come with certain prerequisites like over 90% battery life etc BUT it comes with a one year warranty as well as a great return policy which is also a year. I saw alot of mixed reviews , and the details is where you need to look . This company/store did a great job. With its presentation, Now I'm not going to go to deep I go i to a deep review on the device as a iphone is a iphone, is a iphone. I have owned every model ,this was a replacement for me aside from business use. This would have been 5 stars all around given the check star system Amazon has in place However, for example the battery I gave 4 stars, it did come with 90% battery in its bank but like most Iphones unless it's a new battery and has been conditioned ( charged ) properly the battery life is not great on any pro model unless it's the max versions but it will do most great and as expected. The forest green was a color I loved and was out of stock when I bought it new so that was a nice addition vs the green iphone 12 pro I have which a total different shade of green. So I bought a bundle , a recommended case and some tempered glass screen protectors, I will say as they are sufficient, I made a common mistake as I do like to pay for convienance these bundles are not always the most cost effective route. Do yourself a favor & look around, so my total was about $730 , the phone itself was priced decent enough but remember that tax is going go be a least $50 added to the device. The phone came 100% Factory Unlocked as advertised and in great shape , the only blemish which I wasn't heartbroken about However for that kind of money and knowing how inexpensive it is to fix the glass as I've done it many of times, there was a decent scratch at the top near the top speaker HOWEVER, I am a tad OCD about things like that especially when spending that kind of money and having actually bought 3 devices Factory Unlocked I have a high standard. I think most people wont take a 2nd look at it. Just a side note, the resell and value system of used Iphones especially are still very off in 2022 considering for another $150 I could've just bought the iPhone 13 NEW. That said, that has nothing to do with this seller or store just a observation as my business is in all tech. At the end of the day,I can o my fairly go off of what I git & my experience. I am highly impressed and happy with this purchase. This store/seller took great care in its delivery time, its great packaging, everything came as advertised and product for all Intensive purposes is basically NEW. After 3 devices both IOS & Android , I would not hesitate to do business with this company again. Don't second guess these guys , in reality this was a 5 star sale . They did great business and as I said I was willing to pay more as yes you can find this de ice cheaper all day BUT you are gambling , when it co es to stuff like this I can't stress enough you get what you pay for. The device was perfect, again great presentation, Factory unlocked,ive tested it on over 20 GSM carriers thus far and I paid for a great product but a peace of mind for a full year , it has a great warranty, and I have no plans of a return but that option is there if you want it . They did great, I am happy and would buy again!

Es la primera vez que compro un equipo reacondicionado y la verdad es que me sorprendió. En primer lugar, me gustaría recalcar su estética exterior, el equipo no tenía ni un sólo rasguño, rayadura o golpe; se sintió como si estuviéramos abriendo un teléfono totalmente nuevo. Traía un 85% de vida útil en su batería, algo que está bastante bien, sin embargo, esperaba un poco más de ello. Lo que más me gustó es que no trae ninguna pieza reemplazada o removida. Y hasta el momento, no presenta ninguna falla a nivel operativo, ya tengo casi 2 meses con él y sin lugar a duda lo recomiendo muchísimo. Denle una oportunidad a un equipo reacondicionado, te puedes llevar una sorpresa por un precio bastante bueno. Te lo recomiendo si es tu primer teléfono de esta marca y lo que quieres es quitarte la espinita de tener iPhone.

Enserio no tenía tan buenas expectativas sobre como me llegaría ya que lo pedí en la condición aceptable y para mí sorpresa vino con 100% de condición de batería y funciona muy bien
Lo único malo que veo son los rayones en la pantalla pero no se ven tanto aparte no afecta la función de la pantalla.
Espero que mi opinión les ayude a tomar una decisión pero depende de la suerte.
