Had a small issue that was not sellers fault but I had called him and left a message and he returned call to take care of the issue but was already taken care . Was very nice and professional. Like the title says overall it turned out great but there were a couple of hiccups. The first phone I received was defective. There was an issue with the volume up button I’m guessing getting stuck because the volume on the phone would constantly turn all the way up and just flash 24/7. I reached out to the seller and they admitted it should have been caught during testing and offered either a replacement or a refund. I opted for a replacement as long as they could have it to me by March 16th. I returned the original phone on a Friday and it was delivered by Monday. I received the replacement on Wednesday which was a fantastic turn around time in my opinion. Less than a week. I ran into issues when I was setting up the replacement phone because it was requiring a software update that would just not update. It was a constant cycle of hitting “install now” then the wheels would start spinning and stop and prompt the “install now” again. At this point I was dead in the water because my phone number was already transferred and I couldn’t get past the software update. (And no internet was not the issue) We took the phone to Verizon where they completely wiped it and started from scratch and finally got it working properly! The phone itself is practically brand new. It looks amazing, sound quality is fantastic, no scratches, 100% battery capacity. So after some trials I did finally get an amazing like new working phone!

it’s great had a hard time finding it in green but these guys saved the day. The camera quality is amazing. The speakers are loud asf even at half volume. It’s over all my new favorite toy. The screen is so clear and bright. My only issue was when I got it the date/time was stuck in Japanese and I had to get help to fix it. Other than that I’m thrilled with it.

So this same phone , color , and storage is around 1300 plus from Apple not to mention if you’re even lucky enough to find it in stock. With that being said I did pay around 200-300 less ,which is a pro , however there is some cons .

Cons ; shipping took about 1 week which isn’t long , just long for Amazon .
Also phone was refurbished so there was sadly some small knicks on the top of the phone frame but nothing to crazy , screen was almost perfect , had super minor scratches but wouldn’t even be able to see if you cleaned it good and like us had a screen protector ,
The review that says it wasn’t unlocked is wrong , phone just needed to be brought to Metro or whatever carrier you’re taking it to and they charge 25 plus tax to activate it ,

Will all that I think those minor inconveniences was worth the 300 dollar discount you get for buying a refurbished phone with Amazon , I hope this review helped . Also my girl loved the phone and the battery life was 100 percent and the storage was the 256 rn indeed .

I forgot to take pictures but there wasn’t a single scratch or ANY cosmetic problems of any kind and most importantly its been almost a week and yes its been running ever so smoothly. Before this I had an 11 pro max and even the sound is louder than that old phone of mine. I got the pink one- too pretty frfr. I thought itd be heavier but its almost the same as my old phone in terms of weight and size. I completely recommend for anyone debating on it.
