I was really skeptical about purchasing this phone. After I read the reviews I decided to take a chance. I order the Silver IPhone 13 Pro in “excellent” condition 128GB. When I received the phone it came in a box with a SIM card tool, a fast charging cord, and the phone. ( there was NO block for the cord) Upon expecting the phone it was a bit dirty around the cameras however there was not dents/ scratches. For the battery life I’ve received 87% I wasn’t expecting it to be 100%,however I’ve seen others get a higher percentage. Other than that the battery being lower than expected and the camera area being dirty, the phone quality is lovely. It’s a big upgrade from my old phone. It’s definitely more of a budget friendly choice.

It arrived with 0 percent battery but once I charged it, everything transferred easily from my Iphone 12 to my new phone. It maintains a charge of at least 50 percent for the entire day even with me checking emails, social media posts and banking information.

While the refurbished-good phones are a bit cheaper, I did not think the $80 savings was worth the risk of it looking used. Thank you BidAllies for being a trust-worthy Amazon partner.

Shipped faster at alittle higher price than the other used iPhone 13 Pros available. The screen is not flush with the seam, have no reference to go on if it's a defect. Like having a real sim card slot, 13 is the last Apple before full eSim. Still has lighting port but found some usb c to lighting adapters. Setup was easy switching, found most the apps are the same on any platform, just more expensive on Apple. Battery is at 86, Apple recommends replacement at 85 I believe. Sometimes the screen frame-rate drops so low it can see the refresh lines. Again no reference on if normal for Apple. About the OS, Android you can just put any music in the ringtone folder. Apple you have to buy some Zedge like ringers from iTunes or make and convert 30s audio file. Camera is not impressive, Ultra looks better and an older model. Typing is more controlled but find I have to delete everything and retype more then gboard. Like the size and weight of regular pro model better then alot of other devices. Safari is pretty good, had almost no issues, do not miss chrome. Notifications seem slow and randomly batched but Andriods a mess too. Most smart devices had no issues but Fitbit works but only in forground not really a problem. No other Android watch will work. Audio is good, thought the notch would bother me more, its definitely a camera notch. I do miss touch id, the in screen or face id is just not on the sane level. So grabbing text from an image is pretty cool and easy. Cut and pasting images easy. Getting a download file to the right folder to use in another app is a pain. Over all its a decent phone.

I was previously an Android user and finally made the switch, after being convinced by my fiance and some of my friends (and especially photos are way better with iPhone imo than how MY previous Android devices delivered in terms of photo quality). Didn't wanna splurge on the latest iPhone and sticked to this one instead. Well worth it for its price! Came with 87% battery health. The only minimal flaw I saw was a tiny (I mean super tiny) crack on the edge of one of the camera lenses. This flaw did not affect the overall function in taking pictures--- I don't mind this at all. If you are very sensitive to flaws and too OC with a new purchase, then I do not suggest getting this because it is expected that the item will NOT be 100% flawless. It's 2024, inflation is real, needed to be practical with my choices and this one does not disappoint!

I literally looked everywhere for an iPhone 13pro found lots of deals but this was the best one for the best price and next day shipping as I’m a very impatient person. But got the phone wasn’t in original box ( got an open box refurbished so obviously it won’t come in the original box ) but was wrapped nicely and secured with lots of bubble wrap which I liked, didn’t come charges , again that’s okay , also gave me a charger and block which was also really nice , phone works great so scratches or cracks or dents just a little dirty on the speakers and what not but that’s just every day dust. Battery heath/ max capacity was 90% which is great for a refurbished and used phone.

At first I was skeptical to order because of some of the reviews that I read. But I purchased an Iphone here in amazon before, way back 2022, iphone 11 pro and I didnt have any problem with it. Until now, its working fine but I want to atleast upgrade my phone so I decided to buy iphone 13 pro. I received it very fast ( 2 days after I ordered) at first I have a problem updating it to ios17 it takes me about an hour, it freeze and keep on loading. What I did is I reset it and it only takes me 20mins to update it to ios 17.4.1
The phone is in good condition, looks new, there is a small scatch in the corner but you cannot even noticed it. No issues and it works as brand new.
