I usually don’t take the time to write reviews, but I felt this warranted one. I was skeptical and fully prepared to send my 13 Pro Max (renewed) back, when I received it. I was not anticipating the phone being in the best condition. However, I am BEYOND pleasantly surprised and highly satisfied with the phone I received. It looks brand new, out of the box!! Not a scratch or mark on it that I have found. The battery is at 86% which is not bad at all. So far it runs as smooth as a brand new phone with zero glitches. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy another renewed phone in the future if need be!!

I'm utterly dismayed by the phone's performance. It's abysmal compared to the seamless operation I expected from a 13 Pro Max. The battery drains alarmingly fast, barely lasting 3-4 hours even with minimal usage. Additionally, the device heats up excessively and the microphone quality is appalling; callers can barely hear me unless I speak directly into the phone while on speaker. This experience has firmly dissuaded me from considering another refurbished phone purchase. The exorbitant price simply doesn't justify the inferior quality.
